One of the agents was very insistent that I don’t get a money order giving me a heap of advice, but when I told her I wanted to go ahead and do one away, she kept questioning whether it was a decision I want to make. overtly helpful is sometimes bad, feels like if she had just listened that I was spelling out to her that I had already came from another bank and discussed the logistic throughly. not great service

Amazing experience. Qianqian and Nalida helped me get my money order refund sorted out within 30 minutes, which the Chase branch at Downtown Crossing couldn't after weeks. Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

They are super unprofessional. Their attitude and efficiency are ridiculously awful. Especially Adam, he told me to come back while he missed a document and he was not even here when I made a appointment with him. They even try to make me come back here three times in due to their mistake.

Yesterday I went to Chase On Kneeland Street, Chinatown, MA & my experience was the Greatest! Thanks to God, I was taken care of by Mr. Wong—Very Friendly & Detailed! He took care of my issue in no time; unlike other bank I had visited the day before, for same issue—& they didn’t make any effort to help me… Thnx, Mr. Wong-You’re The Best & from now on I’ll go to your Bank for anything-you & everyone there are very Welcoming-God Bless!

Chase is morally bankrupt--they are the world’s largest funder of fossil fuels, which means they are making climate change worse. Protect the people who are your customers and divest. There is no future in fossil fuels.
