I scheduled an appointment to withdraw a mature CD on September 25th, and the representative told me that my CD wouldn’t mature until September 30th. I thought I had misread the email stating that I must withdraw it before September 30th, so I left. Now, I’ve just realized that he was wrong! Since I missed the September 30th deadline, the CD will now mature on November 30th.
The strange part is that I’ve received calls saying I didn’t show up for the appointment. Then who was the guy who took my driver’s license and debit card? Is my information still safe? This is so creepy, and I’m so confused. I searched for the person I was supposed to have the appointment with, and LinkedIn shows he is Hispanic/White, but the guy who confirmed my name and spoke to me was Black. They are definitely not the same person!
This must be the worst Chase Bank in Boston! I’m genuinely concerned about my personal information now.

They don’t allow clients to access the atm during the weekend; no signage of a broken door, nothing. Huge disgrace to the company and will be calling corporate the next business day.

It took me a while to transfer out of Bank of America after 30 years, but I finally opened my business, brokerage , and checking accounts at Chase, and I'm so glad I did. Chase has excellent customer service. As a Chase private client, I get many additional perks I never got with any other bank. I also carry the Chase Ink and reserve credit cards and they're one of the best cards for frequent travelers like myself. I only wish they'd open more branches in Massachusetts.

I met with Daniel Samudio here for a couple of services. He was very patient, respectful and knowledgeable. For the areas where he wasn't an expert he pulled out info from other sources and got us exactly what we needed. He even stayed late to ensure I'm all set and he did that with a smile. not even one star, I'm a foreign investor and when 1 month ago I opened my account willing to give them a chance since in MA they are new. now I got a letter they don't really know who I am and I don't have funds, they need to verify in order to give me back my money. that actually they don't know how much it was because they close my account. is this serious. I have checks and everything organized but has been a headache instead of solving my issues that it's why I opened this business account

I had a question that probably could have been answered in 1 minute if someone had answered the phone, other branches all pointed me to call and inquire this branch. I called all morning and nobody answered the phone, but there appears to be plenty of workers in the branch who seem to be free, and their phone does seem to be working. Now that there are other branches in the area, maybe it's time to give up this property to a competent business? I will be reconsidering if I want to remain a chase customer after this interaction (or rather lack of) and several previous experiences.

I will never come to this terrible bank ever again . They charged me 10$ for a check that was from their bank. Instead of just waving it they doubled down and said that they couldn’t . They employees walk around and make fun of customers with no regard and are unprofessional while I’m doing a transaction. Don’t come to this branch because they will let you down.

Been trying to get quarters for laundry a few times over the span a few months and for some reason they are always out. That excuse was valid a few months ago and now I feel like they pick and choose who they give quarters to. Been banking with chase for over 10 years and considering closing my account. FYI to staff: I don’t need directions to another bank to get quarters from when this is my bank.

Great location with welcoming and accommodating associates. Especially Liang Tan is a great ambassador that helped a lot with providing suggestions and going through the whole process of opening another account hassle free. I totally recommend this branch.
