I'm glad I see so many negative reviews because I completely agree with every single one of them. I have never experienced a group of such snotty, unwelcoming workers. The second an associate approached me, she pointedly looked at what I was wearing and acted like she couldn't be bothered to help me. She would disappear and reappear randomly and had the worst attitude when I asked to try something on. It was so bad I decided to leave behind the purse I was going to get and come back another day to get a different associate. When I came back the following day, the second worker was better, but only fractionally. She too acted like she had better things to do, but at least she wasn't rude like the first so I just bit the bullet and got my purse from her. 0/10 experience - online shopping is much more pleasant.

In store Friday 16 th . Unable to purchase as credit system down, Left store, crossed str to restaurant, wallet missing . Returned to store, remembered multriple peopl with security guar on original exit from store. I think I was pickpocked then, when I originally exited store Chanel check your CcTV

Very attitude behavior and attitude from Staff and assistant. Worst behavior when dealing with customer. Not responding to the customers at all. Very bad customer service I went to Chanel at Newburystreer Boston today. But they service is very bad I just want to exchange the my bag to different colour. As it is over a month they were not interested to show any products and any other bags. Just telling nothing is available which is very ridiculous from the Chanel staff. The manager in these branch is not at responsible for the customers and not offering any service. SHe is so stupid and not offered any exchange options in the store. I’m not asking for refund. Just need to exchange for different color. They didn’t offer that as well worst boutique ever saw. The way they talking to customers is rude. I went to other Chanel boutique in the past they were very nice and well behaved but the people in Boston, MA is like very worst. I suggest to customers please try not to visit this boutique go to the other branch boutique instead of this.

I miss the old “Lagerfeld” Chanel era. My admiration of Chanel brand has declined ever since his passing. Not to mention the decline of their customer service and quality of products…. (Quality doesn’t match the massive price increases) The SAs at Boston boutique care less about helping clients. It’s the same in other Chanel boutiques in general so not surprised. Chanel has lost my business. And they would care less about me spending money at Chanel anyway. ??♀️

A very bad experience at the Chanel boutique Newbury Street. Right from the time we walked in, we felt unwelcome. Past experience at other Chanel boutiques has been so different but here, we weren’t even offered water! We went to this boutique with a specific small phone holder bag in mind, mostly for an evening out. Upon mentioning this to the sales attendant, who seemed extremely reluctant to work with us right from the start, passed sarcastic remarks even going to the extent to state “oh is this a birthday present for your daughter” and then seemed surprised when told it was for me. The behavior was totally unacceptable. The bag was only available in the SFO boutique which we already knew since we had contacted Chanel customer service over the phone and had been asked to go in store to Newbury Street to place an order. The sales attendant at the Newbury Street store though was extremely reluctant to help us with this order or in contacting the SFO boutique. In the end, he did put in a request but only after repeated requests. This truly was the worst experience in any designer store till date. Unfortunately, the sales attendant didn’t even introduce himself, so I don’t have a name, but this was the last time we will shop at Chanel Boston. I hope Chanel does a better job at educating their attendants regarding customer service. Extremely disappointed.

We visited this store today and got bad attitude from one of asian girl, who wore short white t-shirt when we wanted to see the bag then card holder. She showed bad attitude to us right away and scolded at us when one of my friend explain how the wallet she’d like to buy. After that, she slammed the drawer when we walked away. Sorry, we didn’t wear luxury stuff today, that’s why we were discriminated. That’s a shame, Chanel. You don’t educate your sale people!!!!

The security guard was rude, closed early with no explanation . I don’t recommend this Chanel store. They only stay at the cellphone. I have Chanel account and shop online but I felt discriminated in this Chanel store.

I brought in a handbag that had been damaged by improper storage hoping the store could assist me with restoring my purse. Before making the trip to the boutique, I had first called customer service to confirm that the store could handle my issue. I was greeted by a young associate who barely looked at the handbag to assess and simply shrugged by saying there was nothing she could do. So when I asked what she would recommend to address the damage, can you believe that her response was to store the bag properly? I was a bit taken aback. I asked again for her recommendation to address the specific damage my bag had already sustained and that is when she speculated...a good shoe cobbler? She may very well be right , but I couldn't believe the level of incompetence, indifference, and all around poor customer service. Was I being too polite? Should I have been rude and demanding? I decided I didn't want to waste any more of my time, so I thanked her for her help and walked right out.

Loved working with Fiona! I came in a few weeks ago looking for a specific color in the classic flap bag. It wasn't there when we first visited; however I was open to viewing other colors at the time.Fiona gave me her number and would text me pictures when new colors arrived over the next month. To my surprise, the color I was originally looking for came into the boutique and we made an appointment to go back in. My husband and I had a great time through the sale process and excellent customer service with Fiona.

Spent $24563.04 at store last month.One the jackets I purchased needed to be re-sized by the tailor. Sales guy Michae told me that it needed three weeks to be done and he would text/ call me when it's ready. Now it has been over a month and he never texted me. I thought maybe I should text him and ask. When I just texted him asked if the jacket is ready, he even asked me what jacket it is...Totally disappointed by the service and would never come back again.

this boutique was extremely accommodating and kind to me I worked with Jeremy Sinclair to find a fragrance and he matched me with one I really love. I participated in their mood board experience which aligned me with the perfect fragrance for me as well. Overall it was a very lovely trip and I’ll definitely go back to this boutique again.

I went in for an exchange and the customer service was excellent. the lady attending me sadly I didn’t get her name. She was so patient and attentive. The only thing I would say is that they never answer calls. Overall good customer service!
