Terrible bank. Ever since they bought Century Bank and my account is serviced by them it's been one issue after another. They outright lie to you every step of the way. Good luck to this crooks. I've closed my accounts with them.

so I don’t go to this bank lol but there was this wicked nice security guard outside who we asked where we should get pizza. awesome guy would recommend this bank solely for the security guy

I can't say enough nice things about Century Bank and the people here. Sarah, Joe, and Lina are the best! The tellers there are also wonderful. They are so genuine and always willing to help. It's definitely a more local, family bank that cares about its customers. Highly recommend banking with them!

In March, 2018, I visited the ATM at the Hanover Street, Boston, branch and withdrew $100 in five $20 bills. I went inside the open bank to change one of the bills into a $10 bill and two $5 bills. I was refused the change because I do not have an account at Century and they will not perform any "transactions" for non-account holders. There were no other customers in the bank at the time. I later contacted the customer service for Century online. The response confirmed their unfriendly policy. Even something as simple as change for a $20 bill right from their ATM will be refused. I would not recommend this bank to any friends or relatives.

I have never felt so welcome before in a bank and I have done business in many. From the Branch Manager, Lina, down to customer service and the tellers it's a pleasure to do business there. They understand what it means to provide great customer service!
