Never again. Managers are very rude.We bought some pillows to test in our living room, and were very clear with the associate that we might be returning the pillows and not to sell anything final sale. The sales associate checked out with multiple final sale pillows without disclosing this to us and they won’t let return days later. It’s not a lot of money, but CB2 and CB have lost our business for good.

Never AgainI ordered a bookcase and desk in-store. So far so good, right?Their warehouse called me to deliver during times I wasn't home and my building's dock was unavailable. After "negotiating" a time that was convenient, they then delivered to my home without the hardware. You'd think they want to settle this, right? Wrong.They're being difficult with me about getting replacement hardware. The store, warehouse, and customer service are horrible. I have never been treated so poorly. It's not like I'm inconveniencing them. They are the ones who sent an item without a way to put it together.I'm never purchasing anything from this store again. I go back as a customer with CB2 over a decade, but this is it.Also, they've now hung up on me twice. Zero stars.

I can no longer go in this store and browse around. Everytime I walk in, I’m always stared at by employees. They never seem to greet me or they just completely ignore me by walking straight past me. I walked in the other day to see if I can find a fruit bowl/salad bowl and saw two of the employees staring straight at me, we made eye contact, and they just turned around quickly as if they couldn’t even acknowledge my presence in the store. I’m usually the only person of color in there shopping, but for them to speak to other customers and ignore me.. it is so upsetting. Again, I want to shop in there because I really like what they have to offer, but again I always feel like they are watching my every move or they just don’t want to acknowledge my presence. It’s honestly disgusting to me. I think with these upscale stores like CB2, they “act” as if only certain people can come in the store and shop. And it’s noticeable on who they want to help with service. I will never come back in that store again.

I did a room design consultation with Saafiya and it was great! She came up with a great design plan for my living room, and I loved the items she suggested. She was considerate of my budget and provided me with a range of items. Service was 10/10, definitely recommend!

I came here today to drop off a return and experience some of the furniture and fabrics in person. Everyone at this store was incredibly helpful and kind, answered my questions and gave me breathing room to walk around and check everything out. I was very impressed with the displays, colors, design, and customer service. We will be purchasing new furniture soon and will absolutely be buying some quality pieces from CB2!

Glassware is the best you'll find but the furniture is ugly as sin and extremely uncomfortable. I do not see the appeal in low rise sofa's that force the user to sit with a straight back. There is no room to lounge and relax. If you are prepared to spend $1000 dollars+ on one of these you best hope you have an entourage or friends to show this off to because that is all they are good for here.

They use a third party warehouse/delivery service, so cb2 will schedule a delivery for an item that might not be in the warehouse. The warehouse will call day of scheduled delivery to cancel it because they don't have the item, and if you have questions they can't answer because only cb2 knows where the item is. I'm on my third "delivery" attempt for a bed ordered a month ago. Cb2 will then reschedule, but never tell you if they actually ship the item to the warehouse. They will warn you of a 35 dollar charge if you don't have someone home if they ever manage to deliver an item. Beyond frustrating.

If you order something online to be picked up at the Wilmington MA Warehouse, be aware that it is no longer open and they will switch the pickup location to one in New Hampshire without asking you. They did this to me, then still charged me for delivery, which will now take well over a month. Not worth your money, shop elsewhere

I have had a great experience in the Boston store shopping as well as working with the sales associates over the phone. They have been friendly, helpful, and super easy to work with. I really like the style of the products and so far the things I received are great quality and shipped when they said they would. Great experience there and I would recommend other people go there who like the look of their modern things!I had a couple wine glasses come in broken, which totally happens when you get sent a ton of glassware, and they worked it out quite fast for me and replaced them right away. Great customer service in my experience all around!

I found a kitchen table back in February. Delivery was slated for April. I totally understand the backlog with everything. They took half payment. When April came the 2nd payment was taken delivery for May 16th. The table came damaged. I understand these things happen. Next available delivery end of May. They tried to deliver again, I asked warehouse to check before they delivered, save everyone's time. Damaged. I called. And the asked the rep, Samantha why are the advertising this if they can't actually deliver. She told me to find a new table. Now I've purchased 4 chairs for this table. AND they still have my money. 3rd time damaged. Today was the day. I stayed home from a family weekend. I got a confirmation email Wednesday June 8, a wake up email my table was in the road at ready for delivery at 944. Phone call at 8 form warehouse. No delivery today. We only received 1 table. Wonderful, I only one. Hold on. We didn't receive any. Well according to the the confirmation email it was already on a truck en route. Calling CB2 Rebekah will call me back in 30 minutes AFTER her team meeting. DO NOT ORDER FROM CRATE and BARREL Glad my family is having fun. As I sit around AGAIN for a non delivery Will they give me interest back on the money they've been holding for 4 months?
