My experience was just…ugh. I gave 2 stars because I was early for my service appointment and they quickly had someone meet with me; I needed to have a link added to my watch. They asked if I had brought a link (which wasn’t mentioned when I booked); when I said no, they said I’d need to speak to someone in sales. I waited for about 15 minutes and just left. Luckily, my husband was able to locate my original box with extra links and adjusted himself. I’m glad we’re local, because I would’ve been super upset if we had traveled far to be told we couldn’t be helped (and with an attitude). That said, I do love my Tank…still, after 7 years ❤️

Bought a trinity ring for my wife, one of the rings broke in half within 2 weeks (probably only worn for 7 days). Brought it back to the store and were told we must have abused it and probably have to pay for the repair, not told how much.We're told we'd hear something within 1-2 days, after a week we called and are told the ring is still in repair and will take another 3! weeks before it's ready.$1500, 7 days of use, 5 weeks of repairs, and a promise of an upcoming repair bill when we eventually get the ring back.In short, terrible quality, terrible service.

Like every other luxury brand, Cartier seems to be abandoning quality and just riding off their brand name. I bought my husband a watch to celebrate the birth of our son and within 6 years the watch was broken. When I took it in, they told me I’d have to replace the entire watch face (the most expensive part). Why would I pay that money again just to have to buy a new one in another few years? This was supposed to be a gift we could give to our own children. The equivalent of iPhone’s planned obsolescence.

While looking at a watch I asked about water resistance. “30 feet or 100m”. I was told. Huh? I said “you mean 30 meters or 100feet!” And rudely the response was “no. 30 feet or 100 meters”. My goodness really? Welp won’t be buying here.

Definitely the coldest experience ever, visiting Boston and came to have the Trinity cord bracelet changed, and with the idea to buy another one or a Trinity ring, however employee assigned didn’t even greeted me at the counter, she pulled out the different options, and waited for me to say something, didn’t interact with me, watched me struggle to take my bracelet off, and no help was offered, also she just turned away with my bracelet and just left me there. She came back with my bracelet and gave it to another employee who was sweet and helpful, by that time I was already disappointed and wanting to leave. Never had been treated this way before at Cartier.

A very welcoming place. The staff is nice and helpful. Preferably to make an appointment. Very busy on weekends. Our consultant was busy that day but after 20 min wait we got an assistance. I was looking for a mini bag but couldn't make a decision and didn't buy anything. They have a nice collection of accessories and do not forget to visit the second floor with more beautiful items.

We had an excellent experience with the staff and service at Cartier! We visited twice to purchase a bracelet and a ring, and each time, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The high-quality items were complemented by top-notch service. We look forward to returning for more from their new collection!

This review is based on two different visits to the boutique - both times I had made an appointment on Cartier's website. In my first visit, I wanted to purchase the Trinity ring. The sales associate (I don't remember her name) seemed bored and unengaged. I've had much better experiences with the Cartier boutique in Chicago and Philadelphia and I was overall disappointed by the experience, even though I did buy the ring. It just didn't feel like a very special experience, and at Cartier's prices, they really should be. My second visit, I went in with my husband as he was going to buy me a bracelet as an anniversary gift. Our SA Elisa was wonderful to work with - she was excited to find the perfect gift to fit my style, and it was fun trying on different options with her. I appreciated her honesty and it felt like we were really shopping together, versus the first visit where it felt like I was shopping and the SA was just there. Elisa helped me land on the small model Juste un Clou with diamonds, and she was happy to include perfume samples, a travel case, and a cleaning kit with my order (this is not always the case in luxury jewelry boutiques). I mentioned that I'm interested in purchasing a watch for my husband, and she showed us some models without being pushy at all. I really appreciate this in an SA, and we actually ended up going back to the boutique to buy the watch that same day. Good customer service goes such a long way, and I'm happy to have found an SA I will continue to work with at this boutique. I wish all of the SAs at this location could be as wonderful!

We had the most professional and knowledgeable help today at Cartier, and our parents were ready to purchase the ring almost immediately. The sales person Wayne helped show us the most perfect size, and understands every single collection like the back of his hand. Wayne was patient and hospitable with the tea, chocolates and water, and it was a great way to start off the new lunar year. We are grateful he took his time counting the cash and sharing which materials and styles would match our LOVE bangle the best. Again, we are so appreciative of being paired with Mr. Wayne and we hope to see him again soon; because of him, we wish we could give this location six stars not just five!
