Honestly the best and most accessible pharmacy I've ever found. They are kind. They go above and beyond because they care about their patients. I'll never forget today. Our driver masked cleaned their phone to protect my mom who is got heart failure and me who is also immune compromised. Not only are they accessible physically but for autistic people they are also accessible because they allow texting for communication! Literally life saving to be able to text your pharmacy as an Autistic person communicating in person and on the phone can literally make me ill and take my whole day because of anxiety So being able to communicate through text has been amazing. I really hope they never change because they are so much better than any other pharmacy. Pharmacies that I might add have become completely unaccessible because of COVID and non-masking employees as well as people who come in the store. So having a pharmacy that can deliver as well as text goes above and beyond for accessibility. Honestly I hope more pharmacies start following the methods of capsule because y'all are literally the best.

I’ve been using this service for three years and it used to be reliable, but lately I’ve been experiencing late deliveries and carriers leaving prescriptions on my porch without contacting me. Capsule has been unresponsive to my feedback on these issues. I will be switching pharmacies.

I had used Capsule for 2+ years and had nothing but good things to say about it. As of recently, they've fallen down hill and today I'm officially done using them. I paid for an order which was delivered 10+ days ago, yet today I was informed my "payment didn't go through". Despite showing them a receipt- they charged a separate card on my account... I'll be disputing the charge and transferring my scripts ? Keep in mind, as a professional in the medical field, no prescription should be released to a client without payment. Do better Capsule, do better!

The business model of this pharmacy is bad for patient care. We had an antibiotic submitted at 6 pm following a sick visit for our son. Capsule was both unable to fulfill the script that day and had zero system in place for transferring the script so that it could be fulfilled elsewhere. Therefore, if there is any question about urgently needing a prescription filled, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Honestly, I'm a physician and this pharmacy endangers patients who may not realize that they cannot fulfill scripts after 5 pm and lock up prescriptions overnight making fulfilling them elsewhere impossible. Pharmacies like Capsule that are bottom line only (profit-focused) should be closed.

Has gone way downhill. Used it for over two years now.Used to offer 2 hour window for delivery, lots of options for delivery times. Now there’s 3 times and they’re 3 hours long. If they show up.The last minute cancellations when you’ve been waiting around for the delivery is just unacceptable.They offer the service without any extra fees, but maybe they should charge a little so it’s not just a massive inconvenient headache instead of being a useful service.Back to in store pickup.

I love capsule pharmacy! Since I'm disabled right now and going for a complete hip replacement next Tuesday I so appreciate them delivering my medication most of the time they're on time between certain hours they promise with delivery and they come through. They let me know when I need a refill or I need a delivery of one of my medications they allow you to pick the time and I like the fact that somebody has to be there they don't just leave it like for my pharmacy. And they are so kind and helpful they let you follow on the Google map where they're at so you know when they're getting closer to your home I just love capsule all the way around there isn't anything they don't do. I like Capsule OK it's very convenient, especially when they were on time... it was only once where it was a stormy night and my delivery was three hours past the window so I can understand that. also, they seem to always have my medications in stock. so that's a good thing but twice now something happened that made me very uncomfortable and I didn't wanna report it directly to Capsule so I decided to write something more anonymous here for now. Flashback to last winter this driver, who is anonymous to me told me I was "a sight for sore eyes" I found it odd and creepy I decided that from now on when I get my meds delivered I'm gonna have someone with me the next time FlashForward to the wedk of 2023 new year. he delivered my meds again, and I was alone again because nobody was around. seemingly out of nowhere the man gave me a full contract. Body hug when I wished him happy new year. now this really freaked me out so I definitely was going to try my best to have somebody with me from now on and then there was today. He texted me to tell me that he's enroute, which is what I want drivers to do... then he randomly messaged me again "I haven't seen you in a while" I didn't respond. was in front of my house. He got out of his car to deliver my meds and he said "you look the exact same" and started coming in for another hug... at which point, I stood my ground and decided to walk backwards. He look me in my eyes and could tell I was serious. I hope at least, so. Then he left abruptly. I don't know what kind of background check these people do but the guy still not sure if I should report it to the company because I don't want retaliation

Negative stars if I could. Boston location users: They allow in-store pickup, but beware that they close at 6pm not 7pm like the app suggests. Even if you correspond with them by text, they WILL NOT let you know that the physical store closes one hour earlier than noted on the app. I booked through customer service for a 4-7 pickup. According to the app, I still have time to get my meds...I don't.When I called customer service I got "Yea we changed our hours a Month ago, it hasn't made it to the customers yet" I'm sorry, how does that make sense. The other suggestion was to try and get my MD to write ANOTHER script to ANOTHER pharmacy at 630pm on a Friday. When I laughed at that, I was then given the wrong hours for Saturday to which I responded "can you see why I don't trust you guys right now?"

The customer service has been so great every time I need them. they were able to help me get a refill same day, and I was able to get it delivered in the 6-8pm window. I love the 2 hour window options, and couriers are always so polite and timely. Huge fan.

I am downgrading my original 5-star review to one star. Capsule has been nothing but a headache for me these past few months. Within the last few months, the amount of delivery windows they offer for my area (which is only 15 minutes outside of Boston and less than 8 miles from this store address) has decreased from 2-3 times a day to one singular delivery window per day (4-7 pm). It’s during a time period when I’m at work. Between them cancelling or postponing my last three orders THE SAME DAY because of “low stock,” it leaves me without an important medication for sometimes multiple days at a time. Obviously, these two major issues defeat the purpose of convenient and supposedly reliable medication delivery, which is the whole point of Capsule’s delivery service. Switching back to a regular pharmacy, I guess.

Do not use this service. I spent an entire day trying to transfer a prescription out of capsule and they were not able to do so. You will spend days without your medication and they do not care. Their customer service line is horrible and you wait a very long time to speak to anyone. Using this service was a huge error, do not make the same mistake.

have had two deliveries canceled because couriers seems to not want to deliver. the driver claimed that they tried to deliver my medications but the front desk people NEVER saw anyone trying to deliver my medication. so i called capsule to see what was going on and the kept trying to argue with me about what happened and made up stories and were rude. i'm now three days late on this medication because couriers don't deliver and customer service is useless. i've loved capsule since 2020 but the past 4 months have been a disaster. y'all need to go back to what you were doing 4 months ago.
