It says they close at 11, I went there today at 10:45 and they were closed.. I’m not coming back here

If you’re supposed to closed at 11:00pm don’t be closing the store 15min before this time just to leave early. The managers must have a conversation with his employees or change the closing time from 11:00pm to 10:45pm.??♂️
