decent selection of alcohol….
Customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been a regular customer for months, really trying to give the benefit of the doubt considering the location. but I am no longer making excuses to squander my hard earned wages in an establishment whom the owner and two employees never say hello let alone acknowledgment.
Imagine being a returning biweekly customer for months. The owner never speaking to you unless spoken to, two employee's ignoring your presence EACH time you enter. They will literally look in the direction to the entrance of the store, and upon my entry they’re breaking their necks to look away. Do you not want my money…
LIQUOR LAND ( down the street) significantly bigger, cheaper, same “clientele”, somehow ensure customers feel welcome. It’s almost like they want you to come back. Even offered my two daughters lollipops from behind the counter.
I understand a difference in cultures, but poor customer service is universal.

Good wine selection, particularly French and Portuguese, with a wide variety of price ranges and flavors. Would love them to carry more Cape Verdean wine than simply Chã, but I also understand that some, like Manecon, are simply not exported.

I’m not sure if this is customary for the neighborhood or what… but why did I have to show the name on MY card to MY ID…. I’m not understanding I have never had to do that at any liquor store before and I’m not sure if it’s racial profiling or what but I won’t be back ever

been to different establishments to purchase items. never has my credentials and legitimate forms of payment and id been examined under intense scrutiny(talking a couple minutes people)as it was on my last and final purchase from CV Liquors lol maybe only the Arabs treat me similar. Liquor Land and and the spot on Morrissey NO issues EVER and their “white”operated business that actually hire women, men and colored people.peace
