Now that their Pru and Newbury Street locations have closed, this is no longer a reliable business. I saw signs of it during the end of their Newbury St locations run. But now it's just terrible. They lost a $98 pair of pants of mine. I was told that I had to wait 30 days before I could get a refund. I waited 30 days and nothing. The owner is just ignoring me. And I was told by one of their workers that you usually just get a credit for more services. But now I don't trust them at all and I just want reimbursement. If you live at Avalon or another apartment building or are visiting Boston, do not not trust these guys. The owner keeps their contact information hidden, service is slow and they lose things and then don't replace them.

We were traveling from LA and the lady at Bush Boston Cleaners was very helpful in getting our clothes on time. Great service!!!!

The only shop that I trust with my clothes is this laundry shop! They are the ones who guarantee me that my laundry will be properly washed and make sure the money I pay is worth it!

**Update after they reached out to me - raised review. They reached out and were able to fix the issues and get it turned around in time**Wouldnt use again. Didnt use cleaning service but did (try to) use the tailoring service to hem some pants. If you need it within 2 inches of correct this place is fine. However I imagine most people, like myself, need a break where specified and they did not do that, and told me apparently I was wrong when we marked it...although I specifically put on the shoes to test the pant break mark. Turns out, my military dress uniform pants requires the 'professionals' to hem where measured and not wherever they feel like hemming.Not friendly when I corrected them and required double payment to fix their mistake. I'll find someone who can do the services they market. Thanks for putting me on a strict timeline to fix your mistake.1 star only because I cant give 0.

Love this cleaner!! Local, free pick up, friendly staff but best of all they take care of my clothes and they have NOT damaged items, broken buttons or lost any of my clothes in 2 years. I've had OTHER cleaners ruin my clothes, return my husbands shirts with buttons missing, lose items, and ruin the colors on my silks. Most of our clothes is dry clean only and this is our go to place. I even trusted them with my silk hand beaded wedding dress.

False advertising. Didn't receive a new customer discount despite being a new customer. Staff worker there gave me a mouthful. Don't bother with this place.

Very impressed with the amount of professionalism/customer service I received today. I needed my dresses delivered ASAP and Paul was able to coordinate and hand delivery them to my home WELL after working hours. Will definitely be returning - plus the location is super convenient. Great prices as well.

Some of the best tailoring I have received was done here. They have adjusted items my local dry cleaning spot said couldn't be done. I've done limited dry cleaning here but everything has come back clean and pressed when I have.
