Maclean was awesome and took time to educate us on everything so we could make the best informed decision. He gave us a lot of time and great recommendations too. He also took into account our concerns (like budget) and helped us craft a ring that we love while coming under budget (even after tax and the warranty!) Very excited for the ring and grateful for Maclean's help! We'll definitely be coming back for our wedding bands

We had an amazing experience at Brilliant Earth in Boston. Abby Jonas is an angel! She worked with us so patiently for over 2 months to pick out our wedding bands. I was very indecisive about my wedding band because my engagement ring can only support a curved or open band, but Abby provided me with a huge variety of options based on my feedback. She is so knowledgable and professional and made us feel so at ease. Her job could have ended once we left the store the first time, but she followed up with us after our purchase for weeks corresponding with me, answering my questions, and made sure everything was perfect. We had a follow-up appointment with her again just to see a few more options before ultimately deciding on the ones. We specifically drove over 2 hours to Boston just to see her. She really made our experience worth while and gave us so much confidence in our purchase. Thank you Abby! Hopefully we will be back for an anniversary band some day!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience choosing our wedding bands with Dany. She was such a lovely person and made the process super easy & straightforward for us. She gave us plenty of time to try on as many styles as we wanted while also offering her own suggestions based on our preferences — we were able to find our wedding bands at our appointment with her expertise! I think most important for us was that we never felt pressured by Dany to make a purchase, and she seemed like she really cared that we were happy with our choices. Will definitely be returning to Brilliant Earth for future jewelry needs!

We had a great experience at Brilliant Earth on Newbury Street! I worked with Abby throughout the whole process, and she was incredibly personable and helpful at every step.
Like some other reviews, I definitely suggest setting up an appointment at the showroom. You will get the chance to see/try on the diamonds, settings, and sizes. Abby was a great educator about diamond characteristics, and she has the knowledge to answer any questions.
Then as I went through the buying process, it was ideal to be able to work with a rep like Abby that could help deal with order delay issues (which I had been nervous about based on some reviews I had read). Thanks to this, I was able to pick up my order in time for an engagement surprise. The piece itself is absolutely stunning, and we couldn't be happier with how it all worked out.
I know there are some negative reviews about Brilliant Earth out there, but my experience at the Newbury location has been a good one!

Please BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I usually don’t leave reviews if I didn’t have a good experience, but if I can save someone else the headache of receiving jewelry from this company I will.
My husband and I purchased my wedding band from Brilliant Earth in Boston in 2021. I got an eternity diamond band- absolutely beautiful. The saleswoman made no mention of this band having any issues, needing specific maintenance, etc. Well, not two months after we got married and I actually started wearing my band did a diamond fall out. Brilliant Earth has a policy (that they will absolutely not falter from) where if anything happens to your ring past 30 days of receiving it that they won’t do anything about it. I have had a diamond fall out of my band THREE SEPARATE TIMES. At the last repair, they stated they can’t repair it any longer and they offered me their metal credit (you give your ring back and you get 50% off a new band). Seriously- who wants to get rid of their WEDDING BAND?? To spend MORE MONEY at a company who gave you a crappy quality ring to begin with?
After working with a repair specialist for weeks, with no wiggle room on what they could do for me (I requested a refund or for my ring to be redipped/maintained at no cost due to the poor quality), I reported them to the BBB. Unfortunately even that did absolutely nothing, and they just copied and pasted their policy. Absolutely disgusting.
Please do your research on this company- I have come across hundreds of people experiencing the same exact thing where their stones are just falling out of their rings and Brilliant Earth just tells them they’re SOL because they’re not within the 30 day period.
If I could give zero stars I would. Please please please get your jewelry elsewhere!

I am so glad that we got our wedding rings and my engagement ring at Brilliant Earth. A friend recommended them to me after they learned of the company while learning about the lab diamond industry. A lab diamond was exactly what I was looking for, and our rings are gorgeous and were very manageable price-wise! We had so much fun going into the store and trying on rings. The team was so nice and answered all of our questions and made both visits a blast. The rings came promptly, and the team even answered all of my crazy questions when I was second guessing my wedding ring. Their customer service is unmatched. Thank you Brilliant Earth!

I had a bad experience and would not recommend this company. They were pushy and I read tons of reviews on how poor the quality of their jewelry is. I went ahead and ordered from them anyways because my girlfriend liked a certain style of ring they had, and after paying for the ring they reached out a week later and told me the diamond i purchased is out of stock. They then tried to get me to buy a more expensive one and told me if I wanted the one I ordered I would have to pay thousands of extra dollars for it to be custom created. One of the worst parts about the whole experience was calling customer service to have them help me with my complaint which was like calling Comcast as I reached someone out of the country everytime and never someone from a local store. I finally got a refund and ended up going through a local jeweler which I would highly recommend. All of my local jewelers told me they see lots of folks with similar experiences to mine with Brilliant Earth. I wasnt even going to leave a review but they actually reached out to me with a copy and pasted a personalized "heartfelt" message months later about how they hope everything went well with my proposal and they want me to tell everyone about the positive experience I had (same person processed my refund...so that goes to show you how personalized their experience really is).

I had a frustrating experience with Brilliant Earth Jewelry that left me quite disappointed. After purchasing a ring, I called the store to confirm if my ring was ready for pickup. The staff assured me that it was ready, so to avoid any delivery issues, I decided to drive two hours to the store, which is quite a distance from my home.
When I arrived, however, I was informed that the ring was not actually ready for pickup. Apparently, there had been a mix-up, and the ring was still being processed. Despite having received confirmation over the phone, the store staff had no immediate solution and could only apologize for the inconvenience.
I’m still waiting on the ring. I will post an update.
June, 3 2024 still haven’t received the ring and they keep giving me run around on tracking numbers for my order.
June 5 2024 I received the ring with no complimentary lab earrings that was supposed to come with my purchase.
I don’t even feel the need to call them and ask about it cause the customer service sucks. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a beautiful engagement ring yesterday and the custome service was amazing. Madison was knowledgeable, professional and very nice. I had just came from work and was very dirty. But she did not give any sub par service or have any biases. She helped my fiance and I order our perfect ring and even showed us some bracelets. In the future we will work with her when we want to order more jewelry. Thank you, Madison Ford.
