I am SO happy to have found Andrew at Bradley & Diegel. After a horrible experience at another salon, I was nervous to try someone new, but he restored my faith in colorists and is a blonde master. Highly recommend seeing him. If you don't have anywhere to go, don't opt for the blowout- $85 is A LOT to just sit at home.

They understand "hair", they take time to understand "you", they are courteous and warm. That's about the staff from the reception to your stylist to the supplemental helpers. The place is always clean, well maintained, it helps that it's in a nice location, but, it isn't so much my criteria in rating them 5 star.Of course, they are many good salons in Boston. This one checks all the boxes in primary requirements for a salon. It's not about fads and buzz words in their service. It's the depth of understanding of hair and people.For about 10 years and couple different salons (each were good, just did not give me creative options). They had cookie cutter suggestions which gave me a good hair cut, but it was standard - plain jane type. At Bradley and Diegel, my stylist Maite, has given me 2 distinctly different and new looks in two years. Greg at the reception, took time to understand my needs and recommend the right stylist to me. I've lived in Boston for almost 15 years and have never had a regular hair stylist - I just couldn't find one I loved. I found Hayley through a chance gilt city promotion and she's just magic - full service, cut and color. I've come to her now for almost 2 years and I'm never leaving. Greg is awesome and fun; the whole salon just is a warm and fun place to be. You won't regret coming here and booing Hayley.

This place has my heart. I live in NYC and when I’m in Boston visiting family, I make time to see my favorite curly hair cutter, Maité. She’s been cutting my hair for over 15 yrs and after a couple of bad cuts here in NY, I will never let anyone else touch my locks. Plus the salon is fun and light and filled with great people.

I’m super attached to my long hair and am terrified of getting a hair cut! I went here yesterday and have to post about Katelyn. She was AMAZING! So kind, patient and understanding of an attachment to long hair.I have nothing but great things to say about her. I have been ERIKA COLAMITA’S client for a long time, until I left Boston to NYC a year ago. Erika is an expert colorist whose talent is beyond description. You would think that NYC would out do Boston (lol) but my girl fixed all the NYC mistakes to bring my hair to the warmest golden blond -exactly what I asked for. I have been going to Bradley and Diegal for many years. My hair colorist always does an excellent job coloring my hair, and advising me on how best to keep my hair healthy looking. On every visit, she gives me fantastic service. My hair stylist helps me with the best current hairstyles that make my thin hair look fuller. She is always excited to try something new that will look good and go with my busy life style. All the people working there are helpful and happy to see you. For those of you who are afraid to go to a hair salon because of Covid-19, I want to say that Bradley and Diegal is a very safe environment. Everyone adheres to social distancing, usage of masks, and sanitizer is at hair stations. Going to Bradley and Diegal is a wonderful hair experience!

I have been going to this salon for 4+ years. The team here is top notch and super professional. I absolutely love my stylist, Jeanna. For my first appointment since reopening, I was a bit apprehensive, but the management has gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and safe experience.
