We’ve gone here for two years and always had good experiences (granted you pay for it, $250 for inside/outside detailing), but this past time it was like someone had spent 15 minutes on the car. The car still had things that were sticky from spills, areas that hadn’t been cleaned at all, fingerprints on the outside, and definitely no semblance of that new car smell they used to be so great at. Not sure what happened but won’t be returning, huge waste of money.For anyone reading reviews — updating that 100% this review is for this business, just didn’t particularly want to get it reserviced after the last go (it takes about a half day between drop off and pick up). Car was serviced on 4/6 and is a Malibu.

I brought my Volkswagen to 75 State Street for a wash/wax/vacuum and was extremely pleased with the results. Alberto was very pleasant and did great job on the car. The car looked amazing when it was finished. I will definitely bring the car back again (and again). I highly recommend Bradford Auto Wax!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Bradford auto wax made my 10 year old beach going, hiker lover, dog owner Jeep Wrangler look like new. I really didn’t have high expectations just knowing how bad I had let my car get over the last 10 years. I got a gift card to get it detailed and Bradford auto wax did not disappoint. The car looks fantastic.While the car looks great, the best part of my experience was the customer service. I spoke directly with Billy and he made sure that I was satisfied and helped set me up for success. I really appreciate that customer service and it really made the experience great. I would highly recommend.

They did a wonderful job on my small SUV. Got a full detailing inside and out, and did it need it. Will be visiting again! If you visit for first time, entrance to garage is on Broad St not State.

I had a great detailing experience at Bradford Auto Wax. I had the 2-step interior detail done for my car. I have a dog and light colored fabric seats, so my car gets pretty dirty. They were able to get out long set in stains (even coffee) and left my car looking brand new. I also really appreciate that they don't use super strong smelling chemicals because I'm sensitive to scents. It only took about two hours and they were very professional. A tip for those having trouble finding it- the garage entrance is actually on Broad Street, just before you turn onto State Street.Service: Auto detailing

This place made my beat up SUV and made it look brand new! The owner is so kind and makes sure you are well taken care of from the moment you make an appointment. The workers there are wonderful, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The owner even called after to make sure everything was done to my liking. All this plus a great car wash, I will definitely be coming back & highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. For the work they've done on my cars (both detail and wash), they could easily be charging a lot more. Posh has spoiled me, I literally can't take my car anywhere else now that I understand what true quality is.

Came back from a road trip and needed to have my car cleaned inside and out. I opted for the 2 Step Exterior with a separate charge for an inside express wash, which came up to $220. When booking an appointment, there was a miscommunication hat the manager will come pick up the car, but ended up not happening due to language barriers. That's fine, I drove the car there and took an Uber back. Took them an hour and a half to complete my car and was told I would need to pick it up by 3:30 (since they can only park my car there for 3 hours). I had to leave work early and take Uber back to grab my car. That's fine. I didn't really get a chance to check my car there, but when inspecting my car after I got home, I noticed a bunch of spots that got missed...especially since this is a 2 step Exterior and paid separate for interior. Inside, they missed a spot on the driver side door latch and had a liquid drip spot on the passenger side. Exterior, the bumper still had a bunch of missed bug splats...not even small ones. Also didn't wipe down the driver side side-mirror so it had some white residue. The roof had a bunch of random spots that looked like they didn't wipe it clean or at all. Lastly, this might be nit-picking but they didn't clean the inside of the fuel door. For the amount of money paid, I definitely expected a better job on the exterior as it was the two step exterior. Other than that, the owner was very responsive and communicated to his staff. When I arrived, the staff were also really nice, although a bit rushy. They definitely did a better job inside the car than outside. The inside was pretty spotless besides the door handles. Don't know if I would go back as a quick wash place would have yielded similar results for much much less.
