I love visiting this stunning basilica on my work trips. I had my partner on this trip with me and we decided to make the Saturday vigil before our evening flight. We were greeted by Fr. Phil, he was so kind and prayed a blessing over us, especially for smooth travels back. We were already upgraded on our flight on Delta, but right before boarding we were double upgraded to first class. I was quite sick and in pain on this work trip and I genuinely needed the extra comfort (and a warm dinner in-flight — I couldn’t eat the airport food because of how bad my stomach was feeling). I have status on Delta, and I am always upgraded to Comfort+ but I’ve never had a double upgrade happen. We believe the extra upgrade happened because of Fr. Phil being moved by the Holy Spirit to pray over us and bless us! I’ll always love this basilica, it’s such a special place. ?

Even if you're not religious or anything, it is a very interesting and beautiful architectural landmark to go out of your way to visit. Great energy in there. Giant organ playing in the background on active days. Huge, high ceilings. You can make yourself believe you're in Rome. Nobody bothers you if you're going in to take picture. And if you'd like to elevate a prayer and turn on a candle you can with a small donation. Classic holy water by the entrances. Amazing decoration paintings in the ceiling. The full power of the church in display. Unfortunately the ceiling paint is peeling in some sections. But still a beautiful place to visit.

I couldn't pass by the beautiful Basilica and Shrine of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The size of this religious building is truly impressive. While I was capturing its beauty from a bird's-eye view, the church just opened. The priest allowed me to shoot video inside, including the second floor. Unfortunately, the volunteers and the musician didn't let me record video on the second floor! It turns out not all religious people are polite...

A majestic interior!!
Some glorious paintings, sculptures and stained glass.
Perhaps I could see that some specific areas of deterioration are appearing that can be resolved quickly.

Visited yday with my friend. The ambuance is peaceful. Lots of decore but yet peaceful. The pews or benches have heat when you kneel yo pray. That was really nice since its freezing cold now. Its quiet, no interference you just pray or sit quietly and leave when you're done.It closes at 5p am told. It opens in the morning.Only con is a peculiar smell you have to get past at the entrance if you're not used to smells. That got me but after a while i got used to the smell.I plan to pass by a few times to quiet my spirit. Ill definitely recommend.

I always loved this church, I used to go here when I was a college student in Boston. Beautiful interior and exterior. I liked when they would do the Latin mass with the incense. I don’t know if they do that anymore, but it was a wonderful spiritual experience. ?

Very large and beautiful church right in downtown Boston. Run by the Redemptorist order of priest. Been a few documented healings received.

We traveled from Ohio to Boston Children’s to have my sons brain surgery. My mom found this Catholic Church walking distance from BCH on yelp. They welcomed my mom and sister with open arms, prayed for my son, talked to my family for along time and gave us candles to take home. We were told of the many miracles preformed. My son had brain surgery in 2018 and is doing amazing. We had many prayers and the best neurosurgeon in the world but I also believe that this church and our lady helped so much. We don’t know my sons long term outcome but I’m thankful for these past years. If you are a medical family traveling I highly recommend stopping in for mass or some prayers.
