I read many reviews to determine whom to trust with my college and eternity ring repairs, but my experience went way above expectations. The exchange was engaging, measurements were precise, costs were explained and I found them fair and upon receipt, my rings shone like new! They even polished my engagement ring so it didn't look old and tarnished in comparison. Highly recommended.

I could not recommend Ali and Hogap more highly! We had both my engagement ring and matching wedding band made by them, and they were so incredibly skilled and accommodating every step of the way, even expediting production of the engagement ring so I could have it ahead of leaving town for the holidays. It was so nice being able to discuss the designs with them and make changes - they are true masters of their craft and I cannot stop staring at my gorgeous rings!

I reached out about whether they were able to resize my wedding band and received a very prompt and friendly reply. I came in yesterday afternoon to discuss the ring and felt very reassured by and comfortable with the whole process. I worked with Ali. She is very kind and personable, and explained everything to me very clearly. I was able to pick up my resized ring later that afternoon and it looks great and fits perfectly. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and I had been nervous going into it!Wholeheartedly recommend!

Do NOT give them your business! Single worst experience I’ve ever had. Staff were rude and insulting to me and my wife. I wish I had never come here. Engagement ring ruined.

Absolutely wonderful service! Very convenient location and hours. They sized my engagement ring in less than 20 minutes while I waited when other stores were quoting me a turn around time of a few weeks. Pleasant conversation and atmosphere while I waited, and an excellent job and appraisal of my options for sizing—especially given that there’s a whole size difference between my knuckles and the base of my finger. If I ever need other jewelry repaired, they’ll be my first stop!

Bostonian Jewelers repaired three rings for me. One of which was sawed in half as it was stuck on an injured finger. The result is astounding. That ring looks better than ever. They also replaced a diamond and fortified my pinky ring and lastly they repaired my cracked wedding band. Everything looks fantastic. They are not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. They are my go-to for jewelry repair.

I'm very pleased with the custom ring Bostonian Jewelers created for me. I gave Hagop a loose stone and semi-finished casting and he returned a beautifully set and finished ring, rescuing a project I'd started but didn't have the skill to finish. Hagop saved the day. Now, every time I look at the ring I think, "Wow! This is gorgeous." Thank you!
