ARRIVALS: To get to the Rental Car center take the Blue Line shuttle. The ride from the terminal was about 15 minutes which included stops.\\nDEPARTURES: When I got back tot the airport and dropped off the rental car the guys said that the bus back to the terminal can take as long as 45 minutes. (Luckily someone asked if I needed a lift to the terminal and dropped me off.)\\n\\nBottom line: factor transit time to and from the terminals into your travels.

Very fast if you have done your reservation online and can go directly to the parking lot.If you need to gontonthe counter, expect some waiting times

The Boston Logan airport car rental and return place is next to the airport. Got to take one of the shuttle buses to the rental building. They have buses every 10 min. Some of the major car rental companies were grouped together at the counter. But it still takes a while to go thru the lines and then go to the car and finally out the exit.

We rented from Dollar and had to wait for a few minutes to get a car but were up graded to a nicer vehicle because of the wait. Staff was friendly. The girl who met us at drop off was very nice and helpful.

The building itself and the garage is good. Spacious and modern. The failure is the very slow bus system, unfriendly drivers. They desperately need some kind of air train that is faster and more consistent!

There we need to wait so longer, too much rush, place was so busy. Even they didn't maintain well. But I found them very patient and professional. Their explanation and support was so cool and acceptable, finally I got my rental an hour.

The wurst firm I ever experienced.Arrived late missing our flight . No hotels no cars . Only available transport was pick up track.Don’t know any where to be charged $ 1145.95 for 2 days rental when received invoice by e mail .Where at the airport was told it will be $ 455.00.Feel I have been cheated and robed. No out come which makes me ?And out of pocket .Please be aware .But ILL NEVER RECOMMEND or use AVIS .

The rental center itself is nice bus the bus to get there is slow and don't go with Avis. I'm an hour into the rental process as i write this. No explanation. Just when you think your walking up to your car, 30 people are in front of you waiting for them to pull up cars. Absolutely ridiculous. No line at Alamo, National, SixT, etc...

They will play you out of your money if you let them. Be careful and understand that your credit card covers the car with insurance. You most likely won’t need a toll tag around the local area. And charging stations and gas stations are plentiful for filling up. Don’t waste money on things you’ll easily be able to do yourself. Have a safe trip guys!!!?

I stood in line for a Hertz rental on a Sunday evening from 6 pm - 9 pm because they only had one girl working. She was so patient and sweet even though she was the only one working. I felt bad for her and for all of us who had to stand in line for 3 hours waiting for a rental. This girl deserves some type of recognition or bonus for being the only one taking care of customers and still maintaining a positive attitude.

Very very slow late evening. We are at the Dollar/ Thrifty counter, waiting for 45 mins now, another 30 to go easily.

pick-up from Airport was a nightmare, we waited 30min for the shuttle, with 50 other people, eventually we took a cab to get to the rental station. This is really annoying after a 20h flight. Needs to have better service. Other than that the rental station is OK, clean and new, good toilets.

Pathetic Covid superspreader Massachusetts Transit buses (they’ve done away with the individual rental company shuttles) to the BOS rental car center! Jammed in like sardines. So, I walk from Terminal A to the rental center. 8-10 minutes walking instead of 30-45 minutes on the bus. I travel to BOS a lot and always arrive at Terminal A. From the curb, you can see the rental center. If you take the bus, it goes from A to B to C to D to E and then north to a T transit station and then south to the rental car center. By about terminal C, your body is pressed up against others and all of the Covid precautions you, the airlines, and the airports have taken are for nothing. I took the Covid bus once and have been walking since. I usually have a carry-on bag only so it’s easy although it can be very cold outside. Or, if traveling with others, I go and have them wait for me at baggage claim. When dropping off, I do take the bus back because Terminal A is the first stop from the rental center. Good news is the process at the rental car center itself is always good! I would like to know the bureaucrats who made this highly irresponsible decision and apparently are oblivious to what they have done and why this hasn’t been a story on the news. Massachusetts is one of the most hyper-scared states when it comes to Covid yet their welcome to the State is a superspreader bus.

Incredibly long line, over an hour to get a car but once I made it to front of line rental was smooth and return was very speedy. Car was not great for snow (Mustang Convertible) but I've driven in snow every year.

I'm pretty sure the cleaning person working XMAS Eve was either a sexual predator or dangerously insane. I have never seen such unhinged behavior, nor someone try to break into a locked bathroom. I'm worried for the safety of children with people like this working in this place. Whoever runs the facility should take note.
