Dr. Gonzalez is truly a wonderful MD. He cares about you as a patient which is quite rare in medicine. He really took the time to listen to me, follow up with me, make appropriate referrals and plan of care. I also have to give a kuddos to his team/nurses at atrius health, they are all wonderful and knowledgable. It is difficult to find this level of support and care with an MD these days, highly highly highly recommend him and this practice. He has changed my life and my health and I am forever grateful!!

This clinic is amazing and very easy to work with. Not only do I appreciate having Dr. Gonzalez as my Doctor, but I appreciate everyone from the nurses to the pharmacy. Everyone is professional, accessible, easy to speak with, and quick to respond in MyHealth when you have a question, need a refill, or need help with insurance approvals. When I was moving back East from the Midwest, I was not thrilled about finding a new Dr. and new clinic. I am so glad I did. I feel comfortable with the everyone there and know they have my best interest in mind when I am with them.

I have been a patient at almost every hospital in the Boston area (Tufts, MG, Brigham and Women) but my experience at Atrius Health in Copley has exceeded all others. Let's start off with check-in where Leonard and the rest of the team gleefully greets each person, asks very basic safety questions, and then directs you to where you need to go. I see Dr. Muscanell (OBGYN) and Nurse Hannah (Primary) and both have treated me with such grace and kindness. They listened to all of my concerns and issues and set out a game plan I am comfortable with. Joyce at the Lab Station is gentle and caring. The whole team here, thankfully, are not one of the many who are completely burnt out in the healthcare industry. If they are, they still truly care for the patients and successfully hide it. I hope they continue to lead by example.

The ONLY reason this even gets 3 stars is because I have been a patient of Dr Monica Gomez’s for over a year and have absolutely loved her! Having said that, I have been in chronic pain for two years and it was brought to my attention I may have been exposed to Giardia. After speaking with the very kind nurses aid by phone today, they scheduled me an appointment to see Dr Shyla Shrinath. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Doctors office. Before I could even finish a sentence, Dr Shrinath cut me off MULTIPLE times and acted like I was some kind of burden that wasn’t worth her time. It was extremely distasteful and I couldn’t imagine being in that profession and treating people that way. I started crying the moment I walked out of the room. Please be advised, just because a patient has a hard time expressing pain and symptoms, doesn’t mean you should treat them like they’re d*** or it’s “all in their head”. I DO NOT recommend Dr Shrinath, but would recommend Dr Gomez to anyone that is looking for a comfortable experience.

Good luck receiving a referral. Every referral I have received from here is some combination of unavailable, non-responsive, incompetent or non-exist because they will most likely tell you to search for one on your own, but don’t worry, they make sure to explain the billing instructions for these situations.

I have had a good experience here with my primary care doctor. But the pharmacy is a mess. Very unhelpful when I needed to figure out a way to bring medication to Brazil and this month they messed up with a medication and didn’t realize until I started feeling symptoms come back. And then all I get is a sorry and being told I still have to pay again. I know this might not be entirely their fault and also insurance could be at fault but still just rally unhelpful.

Been a patient for 25 years now, with various doctors, all excellent. My current PCP is Dr. Bordeaux, who I highly recommend.

Everyone that I have seen have been professional, kind and understanding! The staff really does care and the location is super convenient being right next to Back Bay station. I love it here!

I greatly appreciate all of the services I receive here. It is a really professional clinic and their portal is so useful. The best part is my PCP Dr. Bryan Bordeaux, a great doctor who listens carefully and has impeccable follow up skills. His team of nurses and assistants is a pleasure to work with. I feel I am in good hands.

This place is solid. Some great doctors. It’s a one stop shop: on-site pharmacy, on-site blood work, and a smartphone app that is user-friendly and actually does what it’s supposed to (eg reordering prescriptions, video appointments, communicating with your doctors). A friendly place as well.

Always had wonderful experience with Harvard Vanguard copley from the start to finish of my visit. Dr. Monica Gomez and her team are the best, very warm and professional with patients. The lab team and reception team are also great.

Been with Harvard Vanguard for over 10 years since moving to Boston, dealt with multiple different locations and nbs, I can say by far, Dr. Bordeaux is the best PCP I've been paired with since moving here. Especially being a black male, moving here, it's hard to find a Dr that will really look out for you and that you can actually trust(for obvious reasons.) This guy is the truth and will do his very best to help you. Definitely will take the time to hear and understand you as a person, human being, and puts all of your health factors as a top priority. He definitely lives up to his hype if you get the opportunity to meet him. I'm not the type to take time out my day to get on here and write a review and never have been, this guy deserves the accolade.?

Dr. Bordeaux is the best doctor I've ever had. He listens, takes what I say seriously, and helps me get more information when needed. I feel so lucky to be his patient.

Do not see a therapist in the behavioral health department. You will be subject to patient abandonment and significant emotional manipulation if your therapist leaves the organization. Harvard Vanguard keeps therapists to unethical and extremely cruel non-competition agreements. Your therapist will not be able to say goodbye to you if they leave. If you try to work with them in their new employment setting, Harvard Vanguard will make them send you a heartless letter saying they will never speak to you again. They want you to think your therapist does not care about you so you will not want to work with them and instead continue therapy with Harvard Vanguard. If you do not fall for the letter and continue to try to work with your therapist, Harvard Vanguard will make them block you from messaging them and post that their practice is full. If that doesn’t work and you express you will wait for your therapist to contact you when they are no longer under contract, Harvard Vanguard will use their IT team to manipulate your therapist’s Google results to try to get you to contact them again, in what I would assume is a ploy to have your therapist send you another hurtful letter or something of the like. It’s mind boggling the lengths Harvard Vanguard will go to try to keep this operation under wraps. Harvard Vanguard has absolutely no regard for your mental well-being and I have truly never been treated worse by an organization.
