They charge 25 dollars a day for parking and I paid way too much for parking fees during two weeks of tournaments. I don’t think it is fair to charge 25 bucks for each day of tournaments. They also don’t allow overnight parking on premises.

Last time I was here was 2008. There was a view of the harbor, now, it's blocked by very tall buildings and more are being built. Two new ones maybe 30 floors each being built in front of the North end main entrance. Otherwise, this is a stunning place. We were attending a volleyball tourney with 90 courts, 600 teams on a 3 day event. The is plenty of parking ranging from a garage to outdoor parking. Price I paid was $6 above ground but had to walk 15 min to the convention center. Prices can exceed 50 bucks. A car is best to get around vs a large pickup or Suburban. Food court inside was a let down. So we walked to a local restaurant. Awesome dinner.

No elevators or escalators working for Nike volleyball vest. 90 courts and only one way for everyone to get upstairs. 2 elevators and 3 escalators out of service. Expected a lot better facility.

The competition is open to industry professionals and students enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD program. The venue was in the convention center. It was modern, clean, with great rooms and great audio visual staff. Recommend this venue

Traffic and parking at this facility is a nightmare. When you finally do park in their South Lot, you have a very long walk to the opposite side of the center to get admitted. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained and generally served the function (national volleyball tournament) well. Food was very expensive and not of good quality. Facility personnel were very polite.

They don’t have parking figured out at all, the traffic is severe on the streets specifically within the convention center’s property (so it would seem). Take public transit or prepare to spend 30+ minutes driving their little driveway road/mandatory circle to get into the garage. Not a fan of this design choice at all. Worth noting: had they communicated this in advanced on their website with warnings, I wouldn’t have driven and would have taken the train instead. Also worth noting- traffic control seemed poor and the bus lane was not being respected at all for about 1/2-3/4 of a mile leading up to the venue.
