My boyfriend had his bmw there for nothing major and while it was there (which took about 2 weeks) the staff stole a bunch of stuff from the trunk of the car.

I walked in to Boston Body Works earlier this afternoon, and had an incredibly positive experience meeting John and Chad. I came to the shop seeking a quote for scratch/body repair, and unfortunately, discovered that the extent of the work required exceeded my current budget. John and Chad were both not only empathetic to my situation, but they went the extra mile in taking the time to explain and even perform some touch ups to get me going. All-in-all, the experience left me with such a positive impression, and belief that this is truly a friendly and reputable small business. I won’t hesitate to come back the next time I need a quote/work done.

Being from out of town I relied on the reviews from this site to guide me in picking the right shop and they did an exemplary job. The only hold up was getting Progressive out there to complete their appraisal, but Dom and his team did a great job in reasonably quick time. Thanks again.

Not only is the customer service beyond exceptional (amazing!), they repaired my car in next to no time. Just a day over a week when we were expecting 2+. No flaws left behind whatsoever! Excellent craftsmanship. My car looks next to brand new, all thanks to Dominic and his team. They even detailed the car before returning it. I highly recommend! ❤️ They will definitely be my go-to for body repair from here on out. Forever grateful.
