My experience was delightful. Gretchen worked with us from the start which displayed her true professionalism. She got us a transportation company within a very short time and it worked out to our liking. Time was not in our favor at a certain point but Gretchen did magic and time did work out for us overall.

I've used this company to ship my car from Greater Boston to FL many times and have always been happy with the service. (When you are looking for them, make sure you see the red shield logo with the white stars on the blue banner. They do also d/b/a San Fransisco Auto Transport--and perhaps other cities-- but it's the same company with the same logo. I say that because I once accidentally booked with a different company with a similar name, and it ended up a confusing mess, with the driver being late by two days because he waited 7 hours at one stop for some woman's car to show up, pushing out everyone else's delivery down the line.) In contrast, the process has always worked smoothly with Boston Auto Shipping, and the agents, especially Andrew Popovic, are pleasant and easy to deal with. You get a 3-day window for them to pick up your car, get a call firming up the day and time a couple of days before the pick up, and depending on the weather, it's at my destination in Sarasota 4 or 5 days later. Great company.

I am thrilled with my new Mercedes GLS! The driver picked up my vehicle quickly, and was delivered to my house before schedule! Extremely nice staff!

Every one that I came in contact with during the process of shipping my car from hawaii to florida were so polite and professional! They made the process so easy for us and we always had a way of getting ahold of someone if we had any questions or concerns while our car was in their possession. The only thing I wasn't so happy about was that once our car hit land in California, we we're supposed to receive the information for the driver and never did. I couldn't seem to get the information from anyone which was frustrating to me. Other than that, the process was easy peasy!

My buddy bought a car from someone, and used Boston Auto Shipping services. The professionalism and efficiency this company offers were so impressive that I had to write a yelp review on his behalf!! The shipped to my friend in a manageable time, and was a day earlier than expected-- something you don't see often! Rather, it's always delayed days to weeks late with car-shipping. In addition, the shipping service was extremely responsive, helpful, and willing to answers questions when presented. The price was also realistic and was underpriced compared to the quality I was given. They were extremely transparent with the procedure, and showed photos along the way. Something I have yet to receive when using automobile shipping. Overall, great communication and service that I didn't think were possible for the price. I would 100000% easily use this service again if I needed a car shipped to me.

Auto Shipping Group is great for your car shipping needs. Overall I was impressed. They contacted me as soon as possible to set up the whole process. Basically they set up the order and then put out the call to companies and drivers. That process was very smooth and easy. Plus your rep always calls, texts AND emails you to confirm everything. I worked with Felicia who was amazing! Good at communicating and always there when I needed her. The driver I had was great and called when he was picking up the car as well as when he was to arrive. It was a little difficult to coordinate the drop off because of a dust storm that happened in Phoenix but aside from that it was great. Good deal, great service! Thanks Felicia and ASG!

I'd like to thank my agent Felicia for her assistance in the whole process of shipping my vehicle from CO to TX. It was a short notice as my previous agent quit the job without informing me, and I had to switch to another agent and have my car shipped in 2-3 days. Felicia did a wonderful job in picking up the work at where it was left, and she quickly found a carrier for me. It was nice that she followed up with me in the whole process, and get the information flow as smoothly as possible. My car was transported to TX within the time frame. Felicia was an amazing person who was always on her game kept me well informed on all aspects of the shipping process and let me know that exactly where and when my prized possession (car) was at. She got me in contact with the drivers who were than able to let me know exactly when they would be at my house! A+ Good response time and excellent communication. Appreciate the customer service provided from this broker (especially in comparison to the 2 other brokers I have worked with). Realize that the actual transit shipper experience can vary, but I would definitely recommend booking with this broker! Worked with Heidi, shipped from Pensacola, FL to SLC, UT.

Brandon was very personable and easy to talk to. He instilled confidence that ASG was not a scam and offered very reasonable pricing to transport my vehicle from a remote, off the beaten path location, of which no other carrier would touch at an affordable price. The car made it to me just as I left it. Would definitely recommend.

5 stars...across the board, however Rochelle in particular really sealed the deal. I had reservation about giving my debit card information to just a voice on the phone, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the process...wish I could hire her for my business....well done!!!

I received multiple quotes, called each back to make sure the vehicle was listed as non-running salvage, and no brakes and covered details. This broker couldn't find a driver and subsequently removed the details of the transport. Cost me an additional $40 in late pick up and $230 in forklift rental (they loaded the vehicle to the only spot available, the top front of transport). Broker then raised price "for specific driver". Driver was great, independent guy. Broker disappeared and went silent after they received their brokerage fee.

This car transport company got my car picked up in Mississippi the very next morning after I placed the order and delivered the very next afternoon. Rochelle and Lance were both very helpful and understanding of my urgent needs. There was a small mixup when 2 orders were placed instead of one but that was kind of my fault for calling and talking to two different people. Overall, this company can make things happen and they're really nice too.

Overall, it was great service. It was my first time having to use an auto shipping company and, aside from a little issue with pre-authorizing my cc, I thought it went well. Lance was informative and assisted me in finding a driver very fast. Carlos, the driver, was awesome, he went above and beyond to help place the vehicle on the truck. Thank you.
