Friendly staff, well stocked, and has almost everything you expect to find. 1 stars because they are ridiculously overpriced, have difficult to meet price matching criteria, and an awful return policy. It's too bad that they take advantage of unknowing or desperate student's, who are already paying such high prices for tuition and text books.
