They are running an elaborate scheme with their pick up order. My mother ordered a Mac Book for pick up because they were out in Braintree. She never goes to Best Buy but somehow someone allegedly "hacked her account" and posed as one of our family members and were able to pick it up and steal a $1,000 MacBook. No ID needed. Clearly someone from inside tipped them off and they made it easy to steal. Camera shows the girl who clearly isn't our relative, picking it up. Yet there was no replacement. Honestly sucha a sketchy spot, be careful! *for clarification we had to file a police report and dispute with credit card, but not much help from the store*

I went today to get a tv and asked for some help. The worker at customer service said someone would meet me there shortly. 30 minutes later no one ever showed up and their excuse was that they only have one guy working the floor. Don’t go here and just shop online.

Probably the worst experience in shopping for me. I was waiting for an employee to see me after I entered I was waiting for almost 2 hours standing in front of an employee who was sitting on a desk chatting to customer about life and his gf. I went to buy just a phone. The geek squad guy arrived handed over the phone to me in just 10 mins. That was good but the worst part was no instructions no warranty explained as I was buying a open box phone. This place is seriously understaffed. There are more people behind the counter collecting the money, rather than being on the floor explaining products to the customers. I saw an old man looking for a phone cover for more than an hour. Nobody would help him not even the guy who instructed him to the aisle.

absolutely horrible store with zero support from staff and any sales or any sort of consultation in buying anything. I waited for 25 minutes for someone to help me in buying an iPad here. Guess no one even came. I do not recommend this store at all to anyone in any capacity whatsoever.

They had no good phone wires and this was the worst looking best buy i have been to. The parking lot is bad, it's in a bad area which I think is why the store is struggling or looks the way it does.

The manager here is super lazy. Claimed that they cannot do trade ins in this store, even though we set one up online and a had a code to do it online, and customer service told us to go to this store. Incompetence is real! Went on a Monday at 3:30 pm.
