Karrie is the absolute best. The way she carefully made sure that my brows were perfectly even & I'm so happy with the outcome. I've never received more compliments! She is also extremely knowledgable about every product. I am so excited to do my brows everyday now because of Karrie's advice! 10/10 would return again.

I got my brows waxed recently by Karrie and omg it was the best experience I’ve ever had. From the incredible customer service to the precision when it came to waxing my brows, I can’t recommend her enough! She ensured to fulfil all my requests and exceeded my expectations. I had my first eyebrow experience ever here and Aliyah was an angel. Helped me with the whole experience and made it very understandable and perfect for me. Definitely will only be coming here from now on. Such an amazing experience!

I have visited this Benefit location multiple times to get my eyebrows waxed and have never been disappointed. As someone with sensitive skin, I am always well taken care of and love the results. The last few times, I have had the pleasure of seeing Karrie, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. You can talk to her like one of the girls, and she gives great advice. I highly recommend Karrie and the whole Benefit team!

I love coming here to Benefit Brow. It's the only place I feel comfortable going where it's perfection every single time. Aliyah is an absolute gem and I feel incredibly lucky to have her there. She is very knowledgable, kind, professional, and super easy to talk to during the brow process. Everyone else is also super kind there. Great location in Boston too!
