Cathy Mellen is an outstanding professional and a wonderful ambassador for Bender Hatch. Cathy is always willing to go the "extra mile" for her clients and make sure all the bases are touch and any issues are fully addressed to satisfy any requirement. Her approach is personal, friendly and courteous with prompt response to all requests and an expressed willingness to "get the job done" for the client. If she needs to research for information and/or explore ideas with a provider she'll do so. She has taken care of all of our coverages on both the Cape and in Florida. I worked with Lisa to obtain a quote for my car and renter's insurance. Not only did she quote me a rate that was less than half of what I was paying with my last provider, she was extremely attentive, patience, clear, and supportive. Lisa was very transparent about the rates she could provide, and even followed up with ample information even after I signaled that I may be going with another agent. However, the rates she provided were still the most competitive; so for the service and the value, it doing business with Bender Hatch ended up being a no-brainer. I'm now a happy customer!I would recommend this agency to anyone seeking superior service at a (substantially) more affordable rate! Looking forward to continuing to work with you, Lisa (and co)! :)

I can't say enough great things about Vikki Morganti at Bender Hatch. Vikki is the most accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and just all around amazing person to work with. She has found us amazing car and auto insurance packages and so diligently searches around for us when we're renewing to find the best plans and the best deals. I don't know how she always manages to save us money and upgrade our insurance. If you're looking for the best of the best, give Vikki a call!

Bender Hatch has handled business insurance for my sole-proprietor LLC since I established the company in 2019, and Barbara McDonough has been really great to work with in this role. Over the holidays I needed an intervention regarding my home insurance and Kara jumped in immediately and straightenedthe situation out. I have great service at Bender Ins for years. For the past several years Laura K was my rep and has provided great service. When my car and I were recently rear-ended during Laura's leave, my claim was expertly handled by Jessica Kelly. Jess continued the BH tradition of excellent, patient and friendly service. She has also helped my son, a first time insuree, through the complicated process of auto insurance and registration. The Sullivan family continues to be impressed by BH.

I can not thank Francine and Shanya enough!! Due to an oversight on my part, I found myself in a bit of a pickle. The first person I spoke with early one morning was Francine. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to help sort out my issue instead of having me wait for Shayna's work day to start. When I needed to follow up with Shanya she too was the utmost professional, kind, and helpful. And this situation is only the most recent.
