I love the bookcases that I purchased from them. They even delivered them a few days early. They were very good about letting me know the progress of the delivery. Great quality and best price I could find. The delivery guys took great care of my items. I would definitely purchase from them again.

THEY DO BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY, which no longer exists today. This is the place to do business with. Best experience ever! From the start of my purchase, Tiffy kept me advised of my order status all the way through to delivery to my home. They were honest about time factor, as my living room set was made to order. The delivery service they use is truly white glove. I have never been happier with a major purchase. They offer very competitive prices and excellent sales. I will buy ALL OF MY FURNITURE from this company and am actually looking to purchase a dining room set now. This company is TRULY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. Got my chest and mirror before the estimated date. Delivery guys were very pleasant and respectful. My whole experience was phenomenal from the ordering process which I did over the phone. The honesty from the representative on the phone and the time he took to assist me based on my budget was the best, I told him I just have to make the purchase. Also it was the cheapest price in the area, the south was cheaper but for the surrounding area Bedroom Furniture had the best price. My experience was way better than my Costco experience and I love Costco .

I ordered furniture over 2 months ago. Only received one piece. The company can’t seemed to get the color correct. Now customer service won’t return my emails. I don’t recommend this company and I won’t be ordering in the future. I haven’t received a refund for undelivered furniture.

I ordered 2 sofas from Emma Mason after shopping around and they gave me the best price. It took several weeks to receive them, but I expected that because they were emailing and texting me updates the entire time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My customer service rep was JEZIEL. I would order from them again!

Stop coming up with excuses for poor service. Charge a 30% restocking fee as well as delivery fees if you cancel! Beware of their dirty business practices!

Ordered this furniture for my Uncle's house in California. It was absolutely an amazing experience. Even the delivery was very smooth and have nothing to complain about. I read the reviews all over the net and the reviews were really nice. I placed my order over the phone and they made it a very easy process. Great customer service.

Ordered a complete bedroom furniture set. When the set was delivered, the pieces were left int he original boxes. When unpacking the items there was a large crack int he headboard with no visible damage to the box. Bedroom Furniture Discounts took no responsibility for the damage and said that a claim was denied. Do not trust this company to do what is right. The set was supposed to be setup, but they delivered it two weeks early and the room was not ready, otherwise the crack would have been noticed before the shipping company left.

Worst furniture order ever! Given the run around for several weeks just like these other reviews and the negative reviews on Better Business Bureau, was told my furniture accidentally got shipped to ATLANTA, GA instead of NEW JERSEY. Took days off work waiting for deliveries that never arrived. Disputed the charges on my credit card and won, then got sent to collections over a year later for the same charge, and had to dispute that as well, all because the company never sent me an updated bill with compensation for my aggravation like “ALI†promised on the phone. Still waiting on your call back Ali.
