Friendly staff, kept clean and a great location... can't ask for much more! Signing up was easy and the woman behind the front desk was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Everyone does their part to keep the equipment clean which is easy due to the supplies left out by the staff. I emailed the manager of the gym with a question before joining and he was quick to respond and answered everything. I have never had to wait for equipment due to the abundance of treadmills, bikes and weights. Getting to the gym can be hard! Beacon Hill Athletic Club makes it easier.

Recently joined and I am so pleased! Friendly staff and great equipment. Amenities are always clean but could be modernized. Unfortunately, women’s sauna has been out of service. Overall good experience.

Nice friendly place. Staff is help. Like the back room with the mirrors. Can lift weights and stretch there.

The community is great here. It is a pretty busy and tight space. I enjoyed the treadmill, elliptical, and free weights.

Was travelling around US and stopped in Boston for a few days, went here. Really good gym - just enough people, many benches and dumbbells, a few showers. Enjoyed my training.

Great location and not hard to find at all! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The gyms itself is organized well making it easy to find everything you need. All around I give this place 5 stars.

Clean, convenient location, and great staff. But as small and crowded as a tuna can. Probably not an issue if you work anything other than usual 9-5 working hours. Which most of us do. Price is not very reasonable in my opinion, but it's pretty much the only gym in the North End.
