Terrible customer service. Just get endlessly transferred with no resolution.

I've spent hours on the phone with customer service reps who are reading from scripts and transferring me. The call center appears to be in another country as there is often a very poor connection and language barrier. I would hate to refuse to take this product but it's becoming a nightmare to get anywhere with them.

Worst Provider Services which is why you have so few providers. Incompetence and a complete lack of compassion during a mental health crisis. You treat your providers the same way you treat your customers .

Lousy customer service when trying to get needed services. Called six therapists in Quincy that there site says are accepting new patients that aren't. Might change my insurance plan back to Tufts due to the terrible service.
