Worth the extra walk past a closer convenience store. Keeps reliably stocked. Great staff. Good music.

I like these guys, they're a neat corner store with a chill vibe and the prices aren't bad at all. Their credit card terminal isn't always working so bring cash instead. Great beer & wine selection, fun staff, and best of all they are in the middle of Myrtle which makes it accessible from all 3 directions. The thing about living in Beacon Hill is that the hilly topography makes you limited in how fast you can reach surrounding stores, meaning it's a walk and a bit to get stuff. Hence the popularity of this corner market.

love coming here, it’s a staple of the neighborhood. Everyone who works here is so nice and puts a smile on everyone’s face each time they come in. Great deals on wine too!

I'm not from beacon hill unfortunately, but I work there and although the people in the neighborhood act as if they are above you and probably feel u shouldn't be breathing the same air as them. Stuart the owner is a breath of fresh air. He's a down to earth chill guy who wouldn't think twice about helping someone out, Or just engaging in casual conversation. I don't even drink but the store & Stu the owner is a reminder that not everyone in beacon hill thinks they're better then u and that's Cuz Stu is there.

This place is my go to for snacks, wine, beer or any household essentials like paper towels or toilet paper. I'm always smiling when I leave after a friendly conversation with the staff.

Great store. Of the 3 markets on Myrtle St, Capital Market is the best priced, the only one with booze and the staff are great. Dog friendly and Stu will do his best to order you whatever craft beer you're wanting to get your hands on.

Stopped by here on a way to a friend's apartment. Just needed to grab a bottle of cold wine that was priced well so accomplished that. Seemed like a solid variety though not every bottle they had for sale was in the cooler and there was definitely room for it. The guy at the register seemed a little out of it but was attentive. I like that they sold used book cause I'm a s***** for used books. Nothing good but still a nice feature. Place was clean.
