Super easy to Uber from Logan . Quick trip, the boat was clean, staff was professional, and it's the best way to Ptown from Boston. It's my preferred way to get there!

Do not buy tickets in advance. You have to go pick up the tickets anyway so there is literally no point. The ferry is not conveniently located either. Do yourself a favor and go with the other company as they are located right next to aquarium and just need to give your name at the ferry. Also they wont give a refund if you cant go so your are stuck with your tickets.

We've taken the fast ferry several times and always had a good experience. This time they were very helpful in getting us on board. My wife has some mobility issues and they loaned us a wheelchair and also helped with our luggage. The cruise to PTown takes about an hour and a half and is made better by the comfortable seats and the snack bar where hot dogs, beer, soft drinks and other snacks are available. Many thanks the the staff and crew.Urban CowgillAug. 2023

First time taking Boston-P-Town trip. Ferry was great with comfortable seating options. It was easy to find but Be aware there are no on-site facilities & you wait outside at the Boston pier if you get there early as we did. You can have them lock up your luggage & go sit at a restaurant but non-VIP passengers board in the order we line up & it is full very often. P-Town dock had bathrooms but you still line up outdoors. We were lucky & weather was nice. I’m just sharing information I would have liked to know in advance.

Had a lovely day-trip from Boston to Provincetown yesterday on Bay State Cruise from the Seaport. The ferry was on time and the trip ran smoothly. We also could not speak more highly of the entire staff. We had a situation that needed some special attention and they were all extremely professional and kind. Thank you to captain Ted and the rest of the crew.

But you are a fishing vessel in the harbor and you are fishing in the harbor they have absolutely no concern for your safety they will come right at you when you're fishing make you move. And they are responsible for there wake.

Commuted from NYC. Easy way to get to and from Ptown from Boston. When the ferry was cancelled due to weather they provided a direct bus which got us there in just over two hours. Still very convenient if you don’t have a car.

They still work with paper tickets in 2023! For a round trip, they give you a single ticket and you have to keep it for the entire time between your two trips. If you somehow lose your ticket, they don't let you in for the return trip even if you show proof of payment by email. They determine the number of people in the ferry by counting those paper tickets!Buy a cheap computer and learn to count!I will never ever travel with them again!

Absolutely awful. "It's the way we've always done it" isn't a legitimate reason for having a flawed policy. Ferry costs are too expensive for you not honor credits during the COVID era. You should be ashamed, but I'm not surprised that you aren't.

My return trip got cancelled because of weather. But I didn't learn of it until I got to the dock to depart (even though they already knew the return would be canceled -- they didn't send an email till after the boat departed.). The company provided busses for the return, but it took longer then the feer and I would have been delayed to the point I would have missed my plane. The person at the counter when I checked in was a jerk and not at all sympathetic. Her suggestions were take a ride share ($350+), rent a car ($1,000+) or take a different bus company (she didn't know any information about their schedule). I am from out of town and don't know my way around. She never suggested the obvious solution -- I take an earlier departure bus with them. Luckily my hotel did. When I called the compant first thing the next morning to try to reschedule my bus they said they couldn't do anything because the bus was full (it wasn't. there were a lot of seats). They said I had to go to the dock and take my chances -- so I had to check out of my hotel early and lug my luggage on a gamble. At the dock they told me there were a lot of seats on the early bus. I get the weather wasn't in their control -- but they could have been kind and helpful and worked to give options to displaced passengers.

We took their ferry from Boston to Provincetown. We elected to take the ferry rather than drive because we thought it'd be fun and we wanted to avoid the Cape Cod bridges on the way home on a Summer weekend. When we arrive for the departing ferry we were told that the ferry back on Sunday was already cancelled and we'd be bussed back. The weather was blamed and the weather on Saturday was in fact not so great, but the skies had cleared on Sunday and everyone was very surprised that the ferry was cancelled.
Acknowledging that I'm not an expert on ferries or sailing, I'll grant that the company made the safe call and decided not to sail, but still, I'd advise anybody considering taking the ferry instead of driving to consider our experience. We had the cost of the ferry, but we still had a 3 hour bus ride packed full of coughing (literally on the back of our necks) passengers while we slogged along in stop and go traffic. If we had elected to drive we could at least have departed early to beat the traffic and also had our car in P'Town. I personally won't take the ferry again because I don't feel like I can count on it.

Our first ride was great. During the second bad weather was predicted so they chartered a coach bus to get us there safely. Great company.

Great view ! Went here when it was a little cold, but there are beautiful outdoor places to sit. Food is okay, buffet style

A bit overpriced in terms of value-price against other companies. The coffee shop service onboard is quite limited and slow, but the ferry is punctual in schedule.

Music was great. I wish the dinner buffet offered a little more to choose from. Desserts were excellent. The night I was told they had no coffee or tea available. ? I would definitely go on another cruise though.
