They call me 1 hour before my appointment. so that I have all my documents and when I am on site they have me sit there for 30 minutes to say that the system does not work ?

The door man Adilson Veiga is not professional he is not letting the Amazon drives do they job I had to call the police on him so they let me in ??fire this guy,all employees are on his side afraid tht they will get fired!you need someone polite and he is not respectful to people

Went to exchange some money today.Their male employee downstairs looked like he hates his job..barely greeted or smiled..just miserable. Upstairs man and woman were nice though.

Had a miserable experience regarding a certified check deposit transaction with that branch. First of all, the teller did not deposit the check into the right account. Second and the worst, they placed a hold for 10 days, reluctant to RELEASE the fund while the fund had been in their hands a day after the deposit. In order to get my money back to my account, I have to visit the branch 3 times, sitting in one of the bankers' office for longer than 30 minutes, listened to all sorts of non-credible excuses. I felt as if the money was not mine, but begging to borrow theirs. They held my check for 8 days for no valid reason whatsoever. If you need to deposit a check with a few thousand $s or more, you will need to watch out.

I am a longtime (decades) customer of Bank of America. I am reconsidering that, since I just learned that BofA is among the biggest funders of the Enbridge Line 3 pipeline, which runs from Alberta tar sands through indigenous lands, and will bring the emissions of 50 power plants! I understand that your cancelled a 3/31 loan - thank you - but then granted a large 'sustainability' loan! I do not want my invested money used this way. Please reconsider. I will be watching.

Terrible bank that rips people off and funds the Enbridge Line 3 pipeline, which violates sovereign indigenous land and will contribute to climate heating emissions we absolutely cannot afford!

I was looking for a new bank but discovered that Bank of America is one of the biggest funders of the Line 3 gas pipeline! Ewh. Don't let this bank invest your money is climate destruction!

They sell data illegally. Td bank has terrible fees but at least if I buy a flight to see family it doesn't quantify me as a potential domestic threat...

I paid my homeowners insurance at loan closing for the house we purchased. The title company sent the check to the insurance company. The insurance company says they never got the money. The check was deposited/cashed at Bank of America and no one there will answer the phone to tell me what happened to my money. Such bad service, customer or not. (it won't let me post zero stars, so . . .)

No customer service skill. They refuse to answer telephones. Tried to open an account with a 12 million deposit. Could not get help. That bank is too big to be productive. Went to another bank. Your loss!
