Super bad customer service!The employees are just talking to each other, while there is a big line waiting for them!!!Such a great location with lazy employees! They get pay for chatting to each other! They is only o r teller for 10 people!Choose the next manager wisely.Never come to this location.

Ridiculously slow service. Takes 30 minutes to cash a check. Only one teller working at a time.

This has to be the worst BoA ever slow and unorganized...everytime i come here there is an issue with time and concerns not being properly addressed...go somewhere else
