Came in as a walk in. Quick and efficient service. Angel was patient and helpful. Manager was also great. Highly recommend this branch if you need something done on the go.

Phenomenal customer service! I called at 2pm asking if I could get an appointment for 3, and Senior Banker Ariel squeezed me in! He was also really nice and answered all questions I had (and I had quite a few!) I dont think i've had customer service at a bank this good ever. Thanks so much for the help, Ariel!

Came to this location to open an account a while back and the person who helped me was great. Since then, I drop by this location about once a month and I've never seen more than one teller at the window - it can be really, really slow. The teller I normally see is super nice though, just wish they could have someone else helping out to make the line go faster.

This is one of the slowest BofA branches in the chain, and that’s saying something. When their abysmal phone and online support fails you, no worries, their incompetent staff stands ready to make things even more difficult. That is, when they’re not hiding downstairs or “in meetings.” Wasted over an hour trying to add my son to my online banking profile and get a single page notarized (which their one notary never got to - too busy smoking, I’d guess). Time to switch all of our accounts to Cap One or basically anywhere else (other than Chase, which also sucks, or Wells Fargo, which is crooked). The only time they paid attention to me was to chastise me for taking a picture of their lobby. Said I could be trying to steal private customer information. Finally got in to see banker, and after 30 minutes, Gabriel was unable to add the account due to a technical glitch. I’d give negative stars, if that was an option.

I came first and they just casually called for the girl coming after, even tho she had no appointment. Trashy bank has trashy staff huh

Horrible customer service beyond bad, Do not like the way these employees treats customers with nasty attitude, Before today i had zero issues getting change for 100s without having to represent a Account number, teller told me i shouldve known better even though before today i didnt have to present my bosses debit card, she violent ran out of the back of the kiosk and screamed get out after i made a sassy comment about her bad attitude, these people are absolute waste of human resource, do not go here

I go to this BOFA very often and the service is soooo slow, even when theres literally nobody there. Either that or they’re understaffed. Either way, would not recommendUpdate:I think they have improved very much lately. The asian lady at the counter is very helpful and fast, much improvement than the previous teller

Takes an hour to withdraw and 2 id’s, link verification, phone # verification are not enough for them to comfirm your identity. 2 ladies keep asking awkward questions and makes you feel uncomfortable.

This branch is distinguished by being a very small branch, far from crowded and overcrowded clients, and they also have a receptionist named Suleiman, who has a high degree of morals and has an entrepreneurial spirit. He was positive with me to the greatest extent and spared no effort in helping me and processing my transaction.
