Worst branch ever. Just walked out after waiting for 35 mins in business client line. 1 teller whom allowed 6 different people to go until I just decided to no longer wait since the regular line was all the too long. Whats the point of business client line if you don’t even get attented? Managers clearly walking past you don’t even double check. Walked past two different “managers” on my way out after even people from line mentioned how bad the service is to me. 0 stars if possible.teller works slow and the service is terrible.

I needed to update my address (because I recently moved) and order a new debit card (the old one expired). The address change cannot be done through their app. I was turned away and told I couldn't be helped because they were understaffed.

I recently visited the outer drive thru atm at South Bay Plaza in Boston to make a withdrawal off my chime bank card.The atm was not working properly...I never received my withdrawal. All efforts to have my monies replaced on my chime atm card by placing a complaint about the atm have been denied despite the atm screen notification that my monies would be returned to my chime card.I am currently seeking legal representation in the matter. Shame on you Bank of America. I expected better service not highway robbery!Thank God I have a witness.

Horrible customer service, I tried to book a bank appointment online, but your system is down and it has not been working for the past one week and then I also called the helpline. They also told me to go to the branch and they will be more than happy to book open a bank account for me.Once I was at the branch, the teller was very rude with me. She said why are you here without an appointment when I explained her what happened? She told me that there is nothing available so I’ll have to come back even though I told her my situation that I had to walk 5 km just for the bank appointment she told me that there is no way she can help me out so either I’ll have to go to a different bank or I have to come back into weeks which was not possible for me since bank account is something that is very urgent.It’s very disheartening to see that instead of being nice to the customers, they are frustrated and take it out on Customers

I Been as a preferred Reward with bank of Amarica for almost 7 years and i was very satisfied with service they are providing me dyuring the last 11 years, unfortunatelly my last vist vist to this location made me thinking withdraw all my money and go somewhere else . i went in side to ask if i can meet any other associate and ask some questions related to my account and i did want any one there to hear the discussion because it should be priavte , but i was shocked by the behavior of the recepionist 'Elizabeth' who been too rude and impolite who did even bother herself to check if someone is available to take my request then she said " what you need to know about your account ? i clearly mentioned to her that`s something i want to discuss on secret because i did not want anyone listen to the discussion . her reaction shocking by waving with her hand to the chair cross her seat and she said ' you can then wat then when of our associate is coming back to talk to you". i been going to this location many time and this not the first time she been rude to other costumers. She is too rude and needs to be disciplined .

So I hav my tax's sent in a check.. I've had a bank of America account for years. The supervisor Elizabeth said because the check is not bank of America she will not cash it.She also said a new policy affective about a year ago but not written is that when the checks are deposited, no money can be released th next day.I took pictures of my check, because they could verify and cash it same way they have done years ago

Went to business line just to be told the window was closed so i waited in the other line. Then 5 minutes later the business window opens so i stepped out of line to get to the business line. Then they proceeded to take everyone else in the other line before me, the guys after me ended up going before me...... What the point of having a business line when they take everyone before you in the other line. Disappointed at this location they could do better.

Despite it is a busy branch, the service I received from Janice and Maria (Teller) it was superior.Many customers in the line, but tellers work hard to speed up without sacrificing customer service.The service in this branch is provided in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese) so, don't hesitate to visit them for your financial services.Plenty of free parking, very clean branch. They have a small waiting area to sit.

This place is a joke. Never enough tellers and the ones that are there aren’t helpful. I’ve asked for a night deposit key for two years for my business and kept getting told to ask again next time, FOR TWO YEARS! Do your self a favor and find a credit union that actually cares about its customers.
