God awful customer service. Especially the man at the front who directs people where to go. Has a bad attitude and is dismissive. I’ve always had a good experience with BOFA but this is my first time being in an unfriendly and unprofessional space. They desperately need professional development training or to hire better staff.

I made an appointment to open a savings account here. While waiting, I asked if I could use their bathroom. The teller refused and told me to use the 7-11. I canceled my appointment and will close my other account with them. This is unacceptable.

Worst branch. Spoke to them three times and confirmed details and documents needed and wasted my time when I physically came in. Employees don’t know what they are doing. If you need assistance, instead head to the branch on beacon st.

I have always had a great experience at all the branches of BofA I have been to. But at this specific branch, we were treated so nicely. I was there with my friend, who recently moved to the states as an international student. We got there 30 minutes early when the bank was not even open for the customers. However, the manager was nice enough to accommodate us. They were friendly and opened my friend’s bank account right away. On the same day, we also applied for her credit card and it got approved. And I like it most about BofA, as they give international students equal opportunity to apply for a credit card even when they don’t have a social security.PS: They also offered and allowed me to bring my scooter inside the building as I didn’t have the lock with me. :)

DONT USE THIS BANK!!! I tried to make a bank account, and it took me two weeks to get an appointment because I couldn’t make an account online. It took me an hour to get there because the T sucks and I don’t have a car. The person assisting me kept leaving the room to help other customers and never actually resolved my problem. He didn’t listen to what I was saying. I got an email an hour after I left saying that my request to start a checking account has been declined. I tried to call them but couldn’t get through because it was busy. I tried to call the national number but couldn’t get through because I don’t have an account (which is the whole problem in the first place). I have been trying to start a checking account here for over two weeks. My dad recently passed away, and I need to cash the life insurance check, and this bank has been the absolute worst. I recommend you use literally any other bank. Bank of America hates it customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This bank is the worst bank business place I have ever seen in the world. There are only two windows in the whole bank, and one is closed. The bank staff with the open window took an hour to handle a business. There are more than a dozen people queuing behind us. I would like to ask why only one of the two windows is open? Such overload hurts customers like us, and our time is precious. Will never come here again.

Went here today (Friday) around 3pm because I needed some quarters. I was a little wary seeing some of the previous reviews on the customer service but everything went great! There was no line and someone near the door who immediately asked how they could help. Absolutely delightful person, pleasant and quick service. I was happily in and out of the office within 3 minutes with my roll of quarters :) Seems there’s been some great improvements since those reviews were posted!

I used to love Bank of America customer service but something has changed these last few years. The wait times are atrocious (30min plus on multiple days), the silo work bubbles (where each employee is trained on a limited number of tasks and passes you back to the queue to wait for someone else), and that is why I have ended my relationship with them after over a decade. I’m not sure why other banks can close an account instantaneously, but Bank of America takes days?
