They are always understaffed during the lunch hour break. Be prepared to WAIT. Add an extra 15-20 minutes to what you'd except to be serviced.

Bank of America, why do you only ever have ONE teller?! There's always a long line at this location and a million people waiting. The tellers are nice enough but pretty slow.
