I went to the bank in Abington MA. with a fairly complex request. He treated me with respect, compassion, and got the job done. He understood what I needed, and completed the transaction, explaining every step of the way. He truly is an asset to your bank. His name is Pedro.

My experience with the bank manager was that she was very unprofessional. I am a senior citizen and she was very condescending to me. She was rude and unkind. Unfortunately, I will never go in that branch again.

This is for BoFa overall. I have my business and personal accounts with BoFA. I will be cancelling both accounts next week. It started with fees and foreign exchange rate. Their foreign exchange rate is horrible, plus they whack you with a fee. If you deposit a check, even in state bank checks they will put a hold on funds for one week, not good for the cash flow. They constantly decline transactions on debit cards and it takes multiple phone calls to fraud department to have it turned back on. It will take up to 24 hours for the card to work again. Other credit card companies text you and have it back on in minutes. Some transactions are with merchants I use often like Whole Foods. Forget about trying to reach customer service if your request does not fall within one of the categories listed. And often when I call about transactions declined, I am put on hold and after half an hour they tell me there is no one o take the call and disconnect me. Long winded I know, but my recommendation is to stay away from this bank.

Not to be confused with the Bunk Of America, which is a company that sells beds for brothers and such. Located in one of the fancy parts of Boston close to Fenway and downtown is this bank which is right next to one of my tanning salons - and the gym that I like to use. So I have swung by to use the ATM on a couple of occasions and it wasn't bad. It charge the standard fees and while nobody was overly friendly when I walked into the place, nobody was judgy or suspicious either which sometimes happens to me because of the way I look, with the muscles and long hair and everything. It was a pretty decent experience on both occasions. Now if they could stop charging these obnoxious ATM fees to non-account holders and add on fees to account holders then I would go up to 4.

Bank of America took my Visa payment out of my checking account twice. I ended up making several calls and was transferred each time in order to get back the duplicate payment. I started the process last week and now they are telling me to wait for three more days and call again. This is the worst bank to deal with!

This Bank of America is very slow and inefficient. They usually only have 1 teller working so be prepared to wait a while to get service.
