The worse notary service I’ve ever seen!I brought my financial statements required only my signature to be notarized. The clerk was not satisfied with the number of pages first, second with printing format when I told its not a big deal to put the last number of page with a pen and put my initials there which is common sense. Well, I went to the post office next door and I got what I should’ve gotten in a second. “Thx! for your useless work!”

I've been trying to apply for a business account for almost a week now and it's really annoying because I need the account to run my business. They decline my application without telling me why and when I came in for a scheduled appt, their business person wasn't even there and I had to reschedule. What the hell.

I've been of BOA customer for 10+ years, and am now considering closing my accounts because of how poorly this branch is run. Half the time there's no one there to talk to without waiting in the line for the teller which can take an extremely long time. I've gone in there and been told I'll have to wait an hour to speak with a teller when there are only a handful of people in line. And roughly half the time I go there to get cash changed into quarters so I can do laundry I get told they have no quarters. There are no other branches with tellers within walking distance because they all are closed or removed their tellers. Always a terrible experience.

It’s such a terrible place just ruining everything I need, and the staff out here would never pick my phone and help me, they just waste time doing nothing! I get enough, I won’t go there any time.

My husband made an appointment to come in and have a check book printed. One hour after he arrived, he was informed the printer isn't working. What a joke. Just last week we scheduled a call to discuss a home loan and the rep called us almost three hours after the scheduled call. We'll be switching banks.

I don't known where to complain about this issue. Since this is the branch I usually use, I am putting a comment here. I have been a customer for a few years. Since the beginning I got a Travel card, I never had one time when I travel long distance from home I had a trip that went smooth with the travel card, even though every time I set the travel notification about where I was going. First time was when I was in Thailand, an urgent on-the-spot booking a local event was interrupted because the transaction did not go through. Second time it was when I travel in a southern state, when I did not get through with a gas fill at a gas station. Third time is last week when I was in France when I tried to purchase online a train ticket. I was afraid that my card was not usable so I called the collect call number. First time it went through but when I dialed the second time, it got a busy sound. I used the domestic customer service number, the recording said the number is invalid. ... I don't know what to say. l used every chance to complain about this, but instead of "I am sorry about your inconvenience", I did not see any thing concrete that make me feel that they are going to improve. I am disappointed and advice others to choose travel card somewhere else if possible. B of A just handle international issues poorly.

1pm on a Tuesday. Only 1 teller, currently 7 people in line. But we have a greeter, who can't do anything except direct people to a phone number to call to fix their debit cards. "We don't service that here at the branch" is all I keep hearing. Been in line 12 minutes and counting to make one simple business deposit. Do not use BoA they are horrible.

I wish I could give this branch a minus zero (-0), especially to the branch manager Nathan Wadsworth. -0 for the fact that they claimed not to have enough cash/money to cover my withdrawal. Let me be clear, the balance in the account was more than enough to cover the ck I had to make the withdrawal and then some. I was told that I was supposed to call ahead to make sure the branch had enough cash on hand before I showed up? Who does that, better yet who knows to do that? They offered 2 solutions: 1. walk 3 blocks down the street to see if the other branch had enough cash and hopefully I would make it there before they closed in 10 minutes? 2. They would only give a portion of the money because they might need the cash for their other customers? So which was it? They didn't have enough cash or they just didn't want to give it to me? There were only 2 other customers in the bank besides me. There were plenty of idle employees just standing around. Non offered to call another branch or to even ck in the vault or where ever they keep the cash to see if they had enough. My car was double parked with 2 teenagers waiting to be taken to their sporting practices. I explained that I needed cash to deposit it into my account w/ Santander before they closed at 6:00 pm. I had pay my mortgage the same night. But, they didn't care. That's when Nathan Wadsworth asked why I didn't take the ck directly to Santander? Perhaps because my husband's direct deposit goes to the BoA account and not the Santander account I use to pay bills. I couldn't wait 2-3 days for the ck to clear through Santander? Especially when the ck had already cleared and the money was available for withdrawal from BoA? When I asked Mr. Wadsworth if he could call the other branch before I headed over there; he refused and demanded that I leave the bank. He said I was being abusive towards him and his staff? This is because I called him on their horrible customer service and unwillingness to help me? Probably because I was the only Non white person there? To complete the experience, he provided me with a non working phone number for the regional manager when I asked for it? So make sure you call this branch before you show up to make sure they have enough cash available? You don't want to waste your time and/or get ordered to leave if you ask for customer service.

Relationship Manager....not so much. I came in here to ask for something very quickly and the rudeness of the staff was incredibly preposterous. As soon as I came in, Brian Walker raised his voice at me asking what I wanted. He then quickly tried to get rid of me by ushering me out because they were "busy" even though there was no one even in the bank. How can you be "busy" without any clients?!
