I've only had good experiences here. Even when there has been a wait, it was short. Business was transacted quickly, professionally, and never made me feel demeaned or underappreciated. I'm there to hold my money and retrieve or move it when needed; we don't need to be pals.

Very bad experience, no card application in the end.I remember that when I first came to the United States, I stayed at a friend’s house without proof of address. When I went to apply for a card, the service staff acted like they were interrogating prisoners and did not provide professional help.Finally, with the help of a friend, I applied for a card from another bank. The service was very good and I am still using it.For reference to those who are new to the United States, it is as if you are in debt if you save money to go to this store. It’s really ridiculous!

My experience with this branch has been generally Okay but today I got a rude banker who cannot help anything… he just repeated an answer “I don’t know” as if I am bothering him. He didn’t have a willingness to help me. And when I contacted BoA customer service later by phone I could get much better/clear answer. Also I understand that the staffs can say “I don’t know” since we are all human beings but before repeatedly saying that please try to figure out what is the problem…at least search it on your system/work manual or ask/get another coworker. There should be at least dozens of other customers who went through same problem I had.

this branch of BoA is the worst branch, I'd not recommend any one to visit it, however, been a customer for BoA for long time, it's the best financial institution that always got my back, I retired my other bank accounts of other banks (not the place to mention their names) for the same reason.BoA is just the best and I recommend all to enroll with BoA, this little branch "stupidity" doesn’t reflect the actual culture and professionalism of BoA, so little help is needed here in this branch.

I opened an account here when I first came to Boston.The staff are very friendly and efficient. Quick to replace the card after it failed in the delivery.Staff will remind students what to look for when getting a card.Recommend to all international students and locals in Boston

A NIGHTMARE. It seems like they only work well with Asians and in their own language. This lady at the window had such a nasty attitude for someone who's being paid to do their job. Everytime I'm heading there, I start preparing myself for the headache that is to deal with these people. It shouldn't have to feel this way.

Worst Bank of America experience here , they are shortage on quarters and we as customer totally understand , I have 2 business account and I want to make change for 2 rolls and they told me no, one roll per person don’t matter how many accounts you have, and from the beginning they Cleary told me one roll per account , and I ask so if I do I roll and get back on line and come back to the counter for a second one? they say no we know your face .......... so unreasonable , even talked to the manager and he didn't do anything, .....
