Architectural Walking Tour: Boston. Interesting structure, but not pleasing to look at. The space created around the building is not well utilized. A bit ominous from the dark color. There is a building in Seattle that has a similar feel due to a deep cantilever on all sides at the base. And it's a Bank of America.

Asked for a money order and they were the rudest and least helpful people I've ever dealt with in my life. And I'm a lawyer so I've dealt with a lot of horrible people. These individuals were the most unabashedly foul personalities I've encountered to date. A curse upon them and will never return.

The lady was incredibly friendly and helpful! I was trying to withdraw money but I didn’t bring my debit nor credit card. She helped me get my money with the BOA app!

There automated system is terrible. Employees who answer the phone aren't familiar with the products or procedures, if you actually get a person. Very frustrating. I have been with B of A for over 20 years- but this is going to have to change if I can't get better service.
