I stopped in on a whim to get some cash after hours and found the lobby ATM machines all in working order (4 of them) and easy to use and clean. Easy as pie and much better than some city atm machines.

Overall excellent experience with Michelle Riley, she helped my 76 year old dad to open a new checking's account and set up the BOA App in the best way possible with no complications. She had the patience and overall great spirit to work with us! Thank you! Great branch regarding customer service (Greeting, waiting room check-in) 5/5

The worst customer service ever. Walked in to the local branch to send a wire for a real estate closing the next day. After waiting at the "reception" desk for several minutes, I was approached by an employee asking me what I needed. When I told her that I needed to send a wire, she told me that they were not doing wires today and to come back in two days. She suggested I make an appointment online. This is the most basic bank service that they charge $35 to do. Totally absurd. After I asked where I could do it the same day, she mumbled about using the website. Turns out that it is possible, but it is hidden behind the Zelle service and not intuitive. Once I figured it out, it took 5 minutes and still cost n $35. Horrible customer service!!!

If you are a small business, this is simply NOT the bank you want to do business with. THE MOST IMPERSONAL bank you will ever do business with. It DOES NOT cater to small businesses. This is a big business bank. Stay away from these people. They helped no one during Covid with PPP loans. They recently started calling businesses to activate activity -- probably because people are closing their accounts left, right and center. Please take some advice -- DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.

With COVID, they frequently will "temporarily close" this location without notice on their own BOA website --- let alone on public sites like google maps. When they are open, severely understaffed -- long lines and no sense of urgency.

Customer service on line and phone for credit cards is horrendous. Was on the phone waiting to speak to a person for 45 minutes. When I finally got through I was disconnected. Tried unsuccessful for the following 3 days. When I finally reached an actual person I was so fed up I cancelled credit cards. Now once again I need to get in touch with someone for disputing a charge. They have a form you fill out on line, which I did. When i submitted it I receive a reply saying they can't process it at this time and plz try again later. I hour later trying to reach someone by phone, still with all the prompts it's impossible to get a human on the phone. Perhaps I'll get lucky enough that someone will read this review for BOA and reach out to me so this matter can be resolved.

We became Bank of America customers through acquisition of our previous bank. It has been a horrible experience. Lines are long - never enough tellers - and their "customer service" is an oxymoron. Getting a solution to a problem by phone is impossible. We are giving up and opening an account at another bank

I love this Bank of America location! I've always come here for any sort of issue or help I've needed from my bank that I've been with since I lived in Michigan! There is someone to greet and help you upon entering the lobby. There are 6 ATMs located off the lobby. The revolving door locks at 4:30pm though so as like any ATM you need your card to get in. Due to the location it does lock permanently for the night at some point in the late evening. Safety and security first!
