Highly recommend to anyone who has had previous issues committing and staying consistent in the gym.Chris understood exactly what my issues were when we first started and slowly built up a routine and programme for me that didnt burn me out in the beginning and i can happily say 8 months later i find myself so excited to be at the gym and constantly trying to improveBest in the game!

Chris was my personal trainer for three years, from a large gym to his studios and even virtually through the height of the pandemic. The good habits and discipline I learned from from him have continued to serve well beyond our time working together.Chris is honest, forthright, and professional. He's incredibly motivating when you need him to be, like if you're doing three drop sets of Bulgarian split squats, but he is able to scale up and down to match your personality, workout style, and how you're feeling that day.B3 Fitness is 100% worth the investment.

I completed 6 months of the B3 Fitness virtual program and it undoubtedly had a transformative and positive impact on my life. Chris helped me gain confidence in the gym through easy-to-follow movements that helped me lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. I have a better relationship with my body, food, and mindset in the gym because of his expertise and support! Very happy I invested in the program and would encourage anyone on the fence to do the same!

Chris keeps you accountable. He also tailors every workout to your ability. He is good at sensing when you're burned out and alters the workout so that you are still able to successfully complete your workout.
