I would never trust this business with my financials. Manager seemed nice but staff were entirely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about us even being there. Made an appt to see a specific vehicle and they bring the wrong car out, never even asked us a single question. Left as quickly as we could. Do not recommend.

Very bad, terrible agency, the staff really does not have a sales vocation, they make an appointment and when you arrive there is no one to assist you, there is an older man who has a very bad attitude, it seems that he is working by force, and they did not teach me No car, I asked for the keys to a car and they never returned, they forgot me anyway, LOOK FOR ANOTHER AGENCY!!!!

Carola and Oberto were friendly and very helpful in finding the right car for me. (1) Just beware that the website is not promptly updated. Even though I reserved a RAV4, but when I got to the Sales, someone else had reserved it too the night before. So I had to pick another car. (2) The rmv process for license plate took almost 3 weeks for international driver. Better to buy the car after converted to MA driver's license, so that the process only takes 1 hour online.

Longest time it's ever taken me to buy a car. Sat at the dealership for hours waiting on them over and over, then it took over a month to complete the transaction and get my car registered under my name! They told me they paid off my old loan countless times only to find out they lied and they put the check in the mail after I called to check on things 4 weeks after I purchased the new car. Very unprofessional, slow and untrustworthy. I recommend staying away.

Hi Avis Car Sales,
I recently purchased a Kia Telluride 2021 from the Boston Avis Car Sales and have serious concerns about my purchase. I was told by the sales rep (Carola) that the car has been thoroughly checked and the maintenance is up to date. I was given the carfax report and after reviewing it I mentioned to the sales rep that the last oil change was at 50k and this car is currently at 68k. I was told that it is all set and all oil change/air filter is uptodate and I shouldn't worry about it.
I bought the vehicle and drove it home and had been using it. I did a roadtrip with my 1 year old and family to Buffalo, NY and back and on the way back I noticed the car had a different engine sound. I decided to check the oil and air filter. To my shock the oil was all black and was dead low. The air filter was visibly black and I could see all the maintenance that I was told was done infact never happened. I went through a lot of anxiety and stress on the way but I was able to get back to Boston.
I immediately took the car to the nearest oil change and replaced the oil, filter and cabin filter (which was equally dirty).
I don't understand what kind of maintenance was done on this car and I am doubting the multi point check that Avis does before selling off the cars. I just want to bring this to your attention as I feel it was a safety issue for me and my family to be sold a car that was dead low on engine oil and we were lied the maintenance was done.
This is unacceptable and Avis is liable for this.

I bought a car from them and it's already two months old, and they never send my information to the RMV, after 4 weeks waiting for answers from them I was informed that there was no record of my company and I ran to resolve it. expired because they had never sent my information to the RMV, and every call I make there is something missing, my license plates are not yet ready and I cannot drive the car out of the store, saleswoman Carola never knows anything and is never willing to help, the same goes for the manager Oberto, no one knows and no one resolves anything. To sell they are quick but to resolve the paperwork, be prepared because they are slow. I don't recommend this company because they are terrible. Unless you intend to pay two or more installments without owning your car. They are liars every time I call they ask me for a deadline and that day never arrives, that is, never buy the deadline, they lie saying that the insured person does not respond and that they cannot speak to them, and when I call they say that no one has ever called , last time the insurance company itself contacted them and even though they replicated the documents for both me and them, they insist on saying that they did not receive.

bad experience, bad information Oberto, the manager has a bad attitude, he never explained anything to me, now for canceling the deal that was never clear, now he tells me that it will take 2 months to return my deposit money

Wonderful experience. The entire staff was great to deal with. No pressure at all. Ricari is the best finance person I have ever dealt with; and I’m a banker. He answered all my questions, was incredibly knowledgeable and really had the best interest for the customer. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want a no hassle experience.

I bought a car last year 01/2023 a Mazda cx5 2020 and ever since I bought the car 6 times I have had the check engine light come up the dealer told me they would look at it they claimed they fixed it and 4 times I had to bring it back at one point for almost 1 month and a half they had my car here we go gain beginning of 2024 the manger Oberto told me if anything is wrong take the car back and now calling leaving messages and then some and nothing from this dealer.RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP CAUSE THEY WILL SELL YOU A MESSED UP CAR AND LEAVE YOU HANGING MY 30 something thousand dollar check didn’t bounce so I don’t see why this dealer can’t help with this is this issue started 2 months after car started this issue and still two times I have had to pay 2000 out of pocket to fix this here I go again another 1500.00 RUN DO NOT BUY A CAR AT AVIS CAR SALES IN EAST BOSTON YOU WILL REGRET IT if they sell you a bad CAR.

We called an hour or two before coming to check availability of the car we wanted. We drive over an hour and got there and they tell us it’s not available. These people suck. They tried to sell us a more expensive car telling us it’s the same . Well not it’s not! It was substantially more money. As a business owner myself I would have had the decency to call my customer. Just don’t plan on Alberto being true to his word or giving a damn because he is not going to do either. Sorry but I would give them zero stars if it were possible. Don’t waste your time with them!
