Hernán was so incredible! He noticed I was struggling trying to replace my car battery and he was able to help me. As a new car owner, I was such a mess. Because of his help, I was able to get on the road again :) and I appreciate the patience of the rest of the staff as they helped me pick all the right parts

Hernan was an amazing person and customer service representative for AutoZone (east Boston location on Border) he was patient, knowledgeable and multitasking taking phone calls (be very polite with customers) at the end he got me exactly what I needed despite everything else that was going on he was still smiling. His colleague (Jackson) was doing the same for his customer….just an amazing experience overall and I thank you

I couldn't have been anymore satisfied with the assistance i received. The employees were extremely helpful with any questions and very informative . Chris P and Alex were kind enough to help check out my headlights and also help screw in my front license plate. They were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Also alex was heading to break and took some time to help during his break. I just wanna say that They deserve a raise!!! I never leave reviews but i told them i would. This was the least i can do.. awesome workers.. I would definitely come back to this location and ask for them! Thanks guys
