I recently worked with ASI, specifically Emily and Anthony, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They were fantastic with communication and kept me posted every step of the way.
Emily and Anthony helped me navigate the process of dealing with my car after it was deemed totaled. They ensured I got the best possible price from my insurance company.
I can’t recommend ASI Autobody enough. Definitely a 5-Star experience!!

I recently had horrible experience at a very high name collision shop (Herb Chambers at holliston), and remembered about amazing experience I had at ASI and realized I never left a review.
I got my Land Rover LR4 repaired here about 3 years ago. The repair is spotless, as if nothing happened. All panels and interior trim were reassembled perfectly, without any marks or movements. They dealt with insurance from start to finish. Took them quite some time, but the results were worth it. Perfect communication from the owner/manager, it really shows that the place is operated by someone who loves cars, and that all employees actually care about their work.
Next time I or anyone I know need body work I'll direct them straight to you. Caring people are hard to find.

Just got my car back from Anthony and his team at ASI.... Seriously... wow... I was rear ended a few weeks ago and had my car brought to ASI to get the bumper fixed. They took their time to make sure it was done properly and they worked directly with insurance so I didn't have to. I work in the auto sales industry and I see a lot of terrible work that gets done.... This is why I chose ASI. Anytime we know work was done on a car... if it was ASI we never have to worry about anything. They literally always deliver. Anthony takes so much pride in what he does and his team is so highly trained in attention to detail and it shows. They don't cut corners and they don't take shortcuts. Thank you Anthony and everyone who fixed my car and made it look literally brand new!

FYI if you have Progressive as your Insurance I highly not recommended them!! Takes me forever to get my car back.

I don’t often leave reviews for autobody shops because the experience has always been just… okay. This is the one exception because Anthony and his team truly went above and beyond to make sure I, and my vehicle, were well taken care of.After I was rear-ended, I called probably a dozen shops and ASI Collision were the only ones who asked me if I was okay. The team fully exceeded my expectations - they were very responsive via both phone and email, and gave me updates throughout the process, and handled all insurance requests on my behalf. They worked fast and my car came back to me in perfect condition with meticulous attention to detail.If you’re looking for a seamless, professional, and worry-free experience, this is the place!

I dealt with ASI when my car was in an accident recently. I was referred to them directly from my local Audi Dealership. The service they provided was incredibly fast, they were communicative, and friendly. The most professional and respectful body shop I have worked with. Anthony and his team are an absolute godsend! So grateful to have an honest establishment like this close by.Our new car was rear ended after two days of purchasing it, as you can imagine we were absoltely devastated. We did our due diligence on finding a certified Audi body shop and all signs were pointing to ASI Collision. Since we never been in an accident before, there was a lot of anxiety and we've heard a lot of horror stories from our friends when they were dealing with body shops.Anthony and his team went above and beyond to handle everything from end to end. They exceeded expectations and we’re happy with the results. They were very communicative; promptly responded to our emails, easily available to speak over the phone, reached out to insurance carrier on our behalf to handle all payment requests. They even kept us updated on the process weekly easing our tension.When we went to pick up our vehicle, I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. These folks are passionate about their work and it really shows. Anthony provided a full detail of the car and even offered to deliver the vehicle to my house.We are really happy with the end results and will highly recommend this establishment!
