I can’t shop at this location anymore. I’m constantly harassed by the older associate with blonde curls. She constantly creates an unwelcoming environment, she literally just followed me around the store. Not the first time this has occurred either. It was on another level today. I’m just trying to look around when she came at me. As someone who previously worked for Gap, Inc. I know what she’s doing since I’m a minority. She’s also been incredibly rude in other visits when it comes to customer service. Management should really address her behavior and pushiness since it might occasionally help with sales , but I’m sure it’s also damaging client relations and brand loyalty like in this instance.

Made a in-store return for online purchase. The staff in the store is super friendly and tried to help me find an alternative style without being pushy.

I came in looking to buy a specific bag requested by my sister, they did not carry the style or color that I wanted, but the salesperson Angilin, grabbed her own bag from her locker to explain all the compartments and to show me the fabric!Which I thought was one of the best experiences I had in store ??Excellent customer service.

I recently went into this store and was treated terribly by the workers there. If you are looking to purchase from athleta or just look around i definitely recommend not coming to this location unless you want to be judgmentally stared at and be talked to like you are not a real human. xx

The staff are literally so nice. The person who helped us, Giulia, took my super vague descriptions of things I was looking for and read my mind. She was very helpful and didn’t pressure or rush me at all. There was good seating on couches for my mom who was waiting for me to try stuff on. Good temperature. Great staff. Nice experience

I was not greeted when I entered the store even though the sales associate and I made eye contact. Not once was I approached in the 15 minutes I was shopping in the store. I came in looking for some casual pants and ended up leaving empty-handed due to lack of customer service. Lost opportunity for Athleta to earn a purchase they so desperately need. It is no surprise the company is not doing well.

I stopped by on a whim on a rainy Tuesday afternoon and had the best experience! Anjelin and Leslie are amazing! They helped me find exactly what I was looking door and picked out a ton of other fun stuff for me to try too. So fun! Definitely recommend this store, plus Athleta is ? :)

I’m a 32DDD and have felt incredibly discouraged in bra hunting for a few years now… I came to Athleta, having never heard of the brand before, hoping maybe something would be different here, and it was!! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable of their products and understanding of my needs. I didn’t feel up sold or forced into anything that made me uncomfortable so they could “make the sale” ( like at other stores). I truly felt assisted and cared for. The staff at this location are nothing less than phenomenal and all deserve a raise! I’m so happy and so glad to have stopped in at this location ❤️ 100/10
