We cannot say enough good things about Christian and his team - he led us to successfully buy our first home in Needham in just a matter of months in a competitive market. He promptly responded in detail to our many questions - ranging from financial and legal to those related to permits, inspection, furniture, appliances, contractors and more. (As an aside, he recommended incredible contractors - electric, painting, demo, etc. - that completed the scope of work ahead of schedule). His knowledge and guidance were unparalleled. We would not be where we are today without Christian!

We had a great experience with Arborview Realty. Nate, our realtor helped us buy a property during the pandemic and was such a great partner in the whole searching process. It was extremely difficult to not only a find a good home but also deal with the bidding nightmares during this time. We were patient and bought a good home in a great neighborhood. This summer, we decided to move back home and we called Nate again. As expected, he took good care of us. From beginning to end, Nate kept us informed. Arborview offer services not many realtors do… from pictures, excellent contractors (bidding involved), cleaning, everything. There was not one thing we needed that Arborview and Nate couldn’t help us with. We received top dollar offers within a day of listing and they helped us negotiate a closing date that worked for us. Moving is tough.. we did it enough times to know the pains and struggles you go through. We couldnt’ve made the decision to move again if it wasn’t for Arborview and for Nate. I know it sounds cliche but these guys know what they’re doing. I can not recommend them enough. They’re the best! Thank you Arborview! Thank you Nate!

My husband and I bought our first house with Arborview and were extremely impressed with their service. Nate, our realtor, demonstrated a deep knowledge of the local market, a great willingness to really understand our needs as buyers, and a keen eye for assessing properties as we explored our options. With his support, we bought a home we love in the right neighborhood for us at a price we can afford.
We later had a great experience with Nate representing us for the sale of our home. He truly made it a concierge experience, doing thorough research of the market to determine pricing strategy, gathering multiple quotes for work on the home prior to listing, and taking care of all vendor and staging work and access to the home as we had already moved. Could not have been a simpler process, communication was great throughout, and we were under agreement less than a week after going to market. We would highly recommend Nate and Arborview to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in or around Boston.

We teamed up with Nate Kirby to purchase our first house. Nate was very patient with us through a multi-year search in a very competitive and changing market. Nate's experience is highly valuable when attending open houses - almost like a mini pre-inspection - spotting major issues or concerns, but also areas where small (or large) improvements could be done to enhance the property and make it what you want. Nate's know-how on getting a deal to the finish line was very crucial to our ability to close on the house we purchased, bringing in his team of connections to move quickly and be able to get everything in place. We enjoyed Nate's personality and friendly nature. He was available to us by phone and email even when family commitments had him out of town. His positivity that we would eventually find something to be ours paid off. Thanks Nate!

Nate from Arborview was absolutely incredible from start to finish. His eye for detail was extremely helpful when viewing properties. He was with us through every step and checked in and went out of his way to keep us up to date on each step of the process, going above and beyond what we expected.
We we're actually sad we found and closed on a proeprty so quick as we wanted to spend more time with 'Nate the Great'.

Sydney Rousseau, at Arborview Realty, found us the apartment of a lifetime. She is unbelievably knowledgeable, organized, and patient, and clearly respectful of both tenants and property owners. She is on top of all details, and she answers emails in a matter of seconds. I rented through Arborview for a year and overall had a very positive experience. The electronic lease signing was very convenient, as was being able to pay monthly rent via an online portal.When something in the apartment needed repair, we could submit a service request through a website, and Arborview was on top of it; they have maintenance staff that works for the company, and they are all very nice and professional when they need to come in and make a repair. Thank you!

We worked with Nate and Christian at Arborview as we were looking to buy our first home, and they were absolutely fantastic. We went and looked at a bunch of different properties with them over the course of a few weeks, and they would really try to make sure you felt comfortable in your final decision! There's a stereotype with realtors that they're just trying to force a deal to close, but not Nate and Christian! They are looking out for your best interest as a potential buyer, and that makes all the difference in the world, especially for first-time homebuyers like myself and my wife. They specialize in the JP area, but will help look at places anywhere in and around Boston! You are in great hands working with Nate, Christian, and their Arborview team.

I recently did my second and third real estate transactions with Arborview Realty. My experience, once again, was superb. Nate Kirby who represented me for the buy and sale, and Mere who coordinated the sale were beyond helpful throughout the process thoroughly guiding me each step of the way. I always received thoughtful insights about any homes I'd send to him for input. Nate was very communicative with not only me but both transaction agents which is a big reason why the deals got executed so quickly and favorably. Nate also has extensive knowledge of residential construction, providing valuable commentary on what would or would not need to be addressed upon move-in. I never felt uninformed throughout the process. The team had recommendations for lenders, attorneys, and inspectors they'd worked with before, giving me confidence that I was in the right hands.
