I have visited Anton's on a couple of occasions now and it was wonderful experience. I received a super quick and professional service. I dropped off a feather sleeved top and quilted coat. I asked for a cost estimate and I thought it was reasonable price ($14 for the shirt and $26 for the jacket). So happy I found my new/regular cleaners in the neighborhood!

Always fantastic service! Everyone is always kind, respectful and accommodating. Antonia the tailor at Anton's cleaner was my savior during my wedding season. I had a lot of complications with my dress prior to seeing Antonia, and she handled everything quickly and like a true professional. She was unshakeable with all of my requests, and she totally eased my mind. It is with a lot of thanks to her that I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. Pricing was also totally reasonable, especially for wedding alterations.

Antons bought sturgis in southie and it isn’t the same at all. This isn’t your average southie post, i haven’t lived here forever. I used to love the people there who were nice, courteous and appeared to enjoy working there. These stiffs are on their phones? Half asleep and could care less. Maybe Anton’s the cleaner local giant doesn’t have enough money for them. They get two stars because my clothes are clean but the experience sucks.

This place is insanely overpriced and they make mistakes constantly. $13.75 to dry clean a single sweater?! I was in Paris last week and the four seasons hotel literally charges less to launder the same item…what in the world?? I was a customer here for almost a decade but I can’t go here anymore

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this store. I brought my clothes in for alteration on April 21, and was told it would take two weeks to complete due to the volume of clothes. When I returned on May 5, my clothes were missing, and the staff was unable to give me any clear answers. Despite following up multiple times, I received no updates or communication.Finally, I received an automated text message on May 11, informing me that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was simply given my clothes and charged nothing for the order, with no indication whether the alterations had been completed. Unfortunately, I discovered later at home that the alterations were not made at all.This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. My clothes have not been altered after almost a month, despite being promised a two-week turnaround time. In addition, I had to purchase a replacement set of clothes for a trip last week since my original clothes were not ready. The staff at Anton's Dry Cleaners Broadway store were unhelpful, unapologetic, and seemed indifferent to my concerns. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they suggested that I leave a negative Google review, which is unacceptable customer service. Their supervisor Sandy is also not contactable over phone or emails even when we were told multiple times that she would reach out to us to resolve this.I would not recommend Anton's Dry Cleaners Broadway store to anyone and I hope they take immediate steps to improve their communication and service in the future, so that no other customers have to experience what I have.UPDATE after 3 weeks of reporting the issue- There has been no resolution from Anton's team. Sandy left a voicemail mentioning that the jeans were shorter than the length I requested. I am amazed that clients are considered so stupid by Anton's team. Pathetic!

I had two pairs of dress pants altered. Anton's did a great job. Friendly, fast service, reasonable pricing, and the alterations were on point. Definitely recommend Anton's and will go back again for other alterations.Services: Alterations

I have been using them for the last 8 years and they always do a fantastic job, leaving my clothes perfectly folded and stains removed! Once or twice they found a rip in my comforter and returned to me sewn up free of charge.Service: Dry cleaning
