The veterinarian and other team members were so caring and helpful during my visit. I drove up from Providence, Rhode Island because I know they are the best. What I appreciated most about Angell is being treated with respect and honesty and knowing my pets are in experienced and caring hands. Although Tufts is closer to my current home, a recent experience there sent me back to Angell. For decades Angell has cared for my animal family members and I will continue to rely on them in the years to come.

Wow, I’m blown away by the level of care my Yorkie, LoLo, and I received at Angell. From the start, the ER receptionist’s calm demeanor put me at ease, and the nurse was incredibly gentle and kind. Dr. Chen was not only informative, breaking everything down in a way I could understand, but his bedside manner was exceptional. He led with empathy and understanding which is so appreciated in an ER visit. To the whole team— Thank you for taking such great care of LoLo. We love Angell and will never take our dog anywhere else!

People were so friendly when I was nervous about my pup!
They asked so many questions and really got a good picture of what was going on
I appreciated the excellent explanations of what our options were.
What I appreciated most about Angell is their excellence; they really know animal medicine it seems. Also the building itself looks like a Boston hospital

The doctor that we saw was very thorough and kind. She took the necessary time to review the procedure before our pup went in, was clear about the costs of the visit, and broke down a clear explanation of next steps when the ultrasound results didn't point to a clear root cause of the issue we were investigating. Documentation was sent in a timely fashion. The facilities were clean / well maintained. What I appreciated most about Angell is the thought, care, and transparency we experienced throughout the process.

Dr Daniel and the nurse, Jenn, spent a lot of time with us speaking about Riley and making sure we were understanding his findings and showing us how Riley's back end was reacting differently than his front paws. He did not scare us or make us feel the situation was dire. What I appreciated most about Angell is your treatment of Riley. He got so comfortable there that he was falling asleep on the exam floor. He has never had this level of relaxation at any other place but home. Very smart to separate the dogs from cats, as well.

Staff is so helpful and friendly! Loved that Leo's surgery helped kids learn too. What I appreciated most about Angell is the compassion the staff has for animals.

My 9 yr old Aussie was experiencing respiratory distress. She was diagnosed with a level 3 heart murder ad CHF The Drs and Nurses were empathetic, knowledgeable, and very kind. They kept me updated more than once daily. They were very honest about her future and I appreciated their honesty.
I couldn't have asked for better care of my beloved Jellybean.

Worts place to bring your pets avoid this place at all cost high prices for a very very bad service this just a grab your money place

Dr. Simon and her team from MSPCA Boston were attentive, friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable. My first experience with the staff there and best so far! What I appreciated most about Angell is Dr. Simon and her team, as well as the friendly staff who checked me in and out.

Was the easiest process to get my puppy neutured! The staff was amazing and so friendly and inviting! I have decided to make them my dogs permanent vet going forward! My puppy was healed in a little over a week and everything went perfect with the surgery from start to finish. What I appreciated most about Angell is The Amazing Staff!

Dr. Kaye and the staff that monitors the general medicine email are amazing in their response and resolution time...even on a weekend. For this and many other reasons, my doggies will forever be clients of Angell. What I appreciated most about Angell is their dedication to quality care. They truly love animals...it's not just a business.

I cannot say enough good things about the care my rabbit received when I emergently brought her in. She was cared for in every aspect around the clock and when she needed surgery everything went smoothly. The doctor she had was transparent about finances the entire time and took everything step by step and was even great with updating me, especially living 3 hours away. The only negative thing to say is it is on the pricier side but it ended up being 100% worth it to bring my girl home healthy. A huge thank you and highly recommend Dr. Amanda Hirschman in Exotics.
