Absolutely the most dysfunctional airline experience that I've ever experienced. Logan Airport and it's cargo booking are to be avoided. Once again, Delta wins out.This is a company that has no problem making their communication shortcomings your problem and to feel that you the customer, you is at fault.

Do not use! Tried shipping a pet and they wanted to change crates to a poor quality and less safe version... tried charging me twice as much as quoted and took three hours to find out that we would not use their services. Their management is slow and unreliable, dishonest and dirty. Worse yet, they have no phone customer service and lie straight to your face.

We had a dog shipped from Texas. When she came to us, she was happy and healthy. She was completely clean and everything. The people that were so polite and pleasant. They also helped us get her into her vehicle with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very nice. The staff was helpful and very kind. I came to pick up my Barbie box I live 2hours 30 away and my car was too small to get it. All of the staff came together to help me out. They tied the Barbie box on top of my car and I made it home safely. They gave me advices and we're all really helpful. Thank you so much to all of you for saving me a second trip and for being so kind and helpful.

I Would like to know why my dog was left behind today? He’s a 6 months old Siberian husky! I bought a extremely expensive ticket and they forgot to load the dog inside the plain! The person that called me said she doesn’t know why! She didn’t even bother to ask! You guys treat live animals like boxes!My dog has all docs from the VET saying that he was health! If he comes here sick you guys will be in big trouble!!! He is in a cage since 9:00am the next flight that they put him in will arrive here at 10:21pm. More than 13 hours inside a cage!!!!!

I could find no parking for visitors anywhere near the building. The office staff were courteous though.

My puppy flew on American Airlines from North Carolina to Boston and everything went smoothly. I was a nervous wreck the entire time but their cargo team was top notch! Picking her up from the cargo facility was effortless and stress free. Thank you! Very well done!

When picking up my daughters dog at Logan, all of the staff were extremely unfriendly. When going to the back to get the dog in her kennel they brought her on a lift and just walked off. Not knowing if I’m allowed to enter this area since it was around equipment being operated I waited. When I didn’t go over the woman looked at me and said, “go get your dog”. Ok thanks lady. Then my daughter and I carried this large kennel out and asked for scissors to cut up ties and that we won’t let the dog out there. They gave me the scissors unwillingly. The dog was in their care for almost 12 hours and water was never added to her crate. I was extremely disappointed with the care of the animal and their customer service.

It's good depending on what service you are here for. Unfamiliar people come here to pick up live animals so be prepared come with all necessary information and directions carefully.
