They did a fairly good job with a paint job on the outside of my vehicle when someone hit my car; the paint they used looks slightly different than my other doors when you stand in the sun, but no big deal. The inside quarter panel wasn’t done well. Not sure what glue or bonding material they used when replacing it but it looks untidy and quickly done.Also I am still waiting on an official paper receipt to be emailed to me from the son for over a month now so I can see what parts they used, the warranty on it, etc. It’s sketchy that I have been asking so many times and the son Alfredo will come up with an excuse “I’m in court” or “I’m out of the office.” It’s a bit disappointing to ask for a receipt and not get one, at this point I think he has forgotten.Another thing, they can be very rude, especially the father who is the owner. There was miscommunication and for some reason they only want to accept cash (even though their poster inside says money orders, and a few other payment methods). I got confused and was basically cussed out for not bringing cash. Things did work out eventually when I threatened to call law enforcement, and payment was figured out, but it was a stressful situation regarding payment at this shop. In 2023 all forms of payment should be accepted at a legit car repair business.Not sure if things will improve here.

I would highly recommend anyone to come here because of the outstanding work they put into my car. The customer service was very impressive. Alfredo was absolutely amazing at satisfying all my car needs.
